A very comfortable place to stay in the heart of Cheltenham. Barrier controlled car parking very close by which was helpful. The staff were excellent,very ,friendly,smart and helpful,a credit to their company. Room was modern, very clean and comfortable along with the bed. Decent air conditioning, television and fridge,microwave,coffee machine etc. Good sized bathroom with nice powerful shower. Room was serviced whenever needed. Perfect place to stay for a few days or weeks.

The suite was very spacious and well equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which ensured a good night's sleep. The location is perfect. Considering location near the town centre, the suite was very quiet. We enjoyed the bathroom facilities We could have stayed much longer as it would be very easy to self cater with the facilities provided, including a fridge with plenty of space and complimentary fresh milk. The member of staff on duty was very attentive and helpful. We have stayed in this hotel before and wouldn't hesitate to book again

Amazing apartment. I stayed in the Siena Suite. Exceptional. Clean, comfortable, close to bus station. Very easy walk to town centre and shops. Train just 8 / 10 minute drive. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. There are a few stairs, so if you have heavy luggage, be aware of that.However, staff are accommodating with this ,if available . I highly recommend this place. Safe and secure.

I loved everything about this suite.

Location was great, Roy on reception was super helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than check-in time (we had notified in advance) but there were no guarantees of an early check-in but we were given the key code and were able to enjoy our holiday straight away.

Only one small point there was some outside noise from street cleaners, general traffic early in the morning that could be heard from the room, being a light sleeper. Not sure what could be done about this other than extra double glazing.

We stayed in the Siena suite on the 2nd floor. Great size for 2 people for a week, lots of storage space. Comfortable bed. The kitchenette was ideal and they even had a fresh bottle of milk waiting for us in the fridge. Bathroom great and lovely toiletries. There was an iron and ironing board, full hairdryer and made it a very easy stay.

If I was going to be extra picky: the ice box in the freezer needed defrosting. So I was unable to use it for ice but minor. I did not find a safety deposit box, I may have missed it?

No breakfast Provided only tea, coffee and milk beautiful room with everything you need nice little seating area outside (does need a bit of a clean) but lovely anyway met the manager of the property when we were leaving what a lovely guy would definitely recommend and look forward to trying some of the other suites. My wife and myself can’t get over the great value for money as we have stayed at a lot of different places in Cheltenham whatever your doing keep it going👍

Great place to stay in a central location with lots of little extras to make you feel at home such as a bathrobe and slippers and a coffee pod machine

The lack of a physical reception at the property was the only downside for me. It is managed by an outside agency .. fortunately I had bumped into the Manager Roy .. who is lovely and very helpful too .. when checking out and he had given me his phone number so I was able to call him when I could not access the property to retrieve my suitcase

The apartment is fitted with very sumptuous soft furnishings. (luxurious) WIFI was easy to connect to and fast. TV has all the apps if you need to log in. Kitchen was well equipped, working microwave and kettle with lots of coffees and Teas to choose from Milk supplied in fridge. Bed has a hard (ish) mattress, Black out curtains prevent light pollution in the bedroom. Great location – in the centre of Cheltenham, 2 minute walk from the restaurants and shops.

Door code didn’t work, had to call the number supplied for the office to reset the code. Coffee machine didn’t work and had a red warning light when trying to use. Used filter coffee and cafetiere instead Body wash dispenser didn’t work in shower.

Very spacious. Great location. Beautifully decorated. Didn't know what to expect but it exceeded it. Was one of the best places I've stayed at on Booking.com.

My only real gripe was that the pillows weren't great. There were lots of them, but they were a bit uncomfortable. Given that everything else here was 5*, it would've been great to have a memory foam pillow. But really this is the only thing I can say that I didn't like.

5* Stylish and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The white towels were fluffy and delightful. Whilst I prefer a soft mattress, I had a really good sleep. The fresh milk in the fridge was appreciated. Spoke to Roy Diamonte, in the reception, this morning, and he was so knowledgeable and accepting about suggestions to improve the booking/entry procedures. 5*
