- This is our second time staying at this hotel, and the receptionists were able to recognize us. The staff was polite and looked smart. - Nearby to TRX mall, walking distance. - The room is big enough, with a spacious toilet. - Comfortable bed with an extra pillow. - Every room has its own iron, which is rare for a budget hotel.

- Since this is not a new hotel (bought from a previous owner), signs of damage could be seen. There was room for improvement. - Lack of parking spaces. - Could improve the selection of towels. They feel cheap and lousy.

It was clean and simple. As you would expect in a boutique hotel.

The early checkin prices are kind of ridiculous in my opinion (very personal opinion). It takes away from being hospitable to a guest that happen to arrive 50 minutes early but instead its about $$$, which i kind of understand but don’t support. Asked the front desk staff how to walk to TRX because it seemed confusing, the roads almost looked not pedestrian friendly. He staright up pointed me to the opposite side of trx and told me i should use google maps to navigate. 🤣

Within walking distance from train station. Large room size. Friendly staff ready to offer assistance (a male staff offer me a bottle of water when he noticed that I was sweating while checking in). The lady staff, Nana, was courteous and patient in explaining the things to take note of during check-in. I was impressed with Nana's memory as she remembered my name and took out my deposit note when I went to her for checkout.

The receptionist Ms. Suzan and service line Mr. Bilal such a friendly and helpfull staff. The new Interior look adding input simple but cozy, less is more

The toilet smaller than normal size, as the glass partition is obstacle the WC space. And aircond litle bit warm. After service shoukd be ok. Overall I like this hotel as become my favourite hotel everytime I came to KL.

location is great and walk around have street food, coffee shop and near Berjaya Time Square, no need take grab if you willing walk.

A bit noisy because hotel at main road side if you're light sleepers, please choose carefully. Sound insulation needs to be improved

Friendly staff and helping

My booked room suddenly full. Need to wait at lobby I'm not sure how long bcause im very tired. Maybe 20mins of waiting while they arrange another room for me. End up i got a queen room bed, despite of twin room without extra charges. Good staff!

i did a very late check in (almost 2 am ) but I have been received very well. The bed and the room were very comfortable. I slept very well.

even if the place was quiet it seem that I heard a vacuum working in corridors around 8 to 9 am. I was needed to sleep so that bothered me a bit to be home.

I really like Kingston Hotel TRX cause it's cozy environment, clean, save, lobby is big and can Santai2 there, helpfull and friendly staff. The room was comfortable me. Hopefully can repeat again with Kingston Hotel at TRX❤️

I stayed in a room on the top floor. Clean and modern. The location is perfect. Walking distance to many big malls. I extended my stay for another week.

It’s a little far from convenient stores and there’s only a few massage places around 😅
