It had a clean and uncrowded onsen. The breakfast wasn't fancy but was acceptable. The rooms for our short stay were comfortable and cozy. We were three people in one room, and we had no issues with space. Additionally, they offered a happy hour.

The distance from Kawaguchiko station was longer than I expected, especially when walking with a carry-on. I think it would be beneficial for the reception staff to learn English since they have foreign visitors as well.

the foods and drinks are great, also the services. the room is so widly, nice and comfy. I hope next time , I could get the same room and view. thankyousomuch

there is nothing i don't like by the way, however i would recommend that if the hotel have pick-up service from train station. it will be very comfortable.

The hotel is new and clean. We like the welcome drink offering for free every evening which we can also get some food from the supermarket near by to enjoy with the drinks. The room size is compact but it's OK for 2 adults and 3-year-old kid for one night stay.

We have to use a given password to open the door. It's safe but not convenient.

I went between 3-5pm and I'm usually by myself - my room has direct, non-obstructed view of Mt. Fuji!!!

The local of the hotel is probably the only negative part of my experience. It's a bit far from the bus station (~20min walking). There's only one bus line that can stop relatively close to the hotel, but that bus line only has 5 scheduled trips with the latest one being 3:30pm. The taxi from bus station to hotel costs 1000 yen (not too bad). We took a taxi when we arrive at the hotel (due to rain and tiredness), but we have been walking from/to bus station for the rest of the stays when the weather was good.

Stuff is great! Mt. Fuji view is super close ! Free great breakfast and alcoholic drinks from 6-8. Hot spring onsen on site . Different kind of pillows to choose, many toiletries and robes need to be picked up in the lobby . Mall is next door! Almost everything just perfect!

Rooms are small, sink next to bed . And most annoying thing was the automatic light next to restroom. So if someone from a couple would go to restroom at night light will go on . It really bothered me , because I’m a light sleeper and I was waking up all the time if my husband was going to restroom.

room was a comfortable size for two, the entire property was also very clean and well maintained. the breakfast provided was great, and there was also a happy hour from 6-8pm with free drinks at the lobby which was nice. there is a small mall right next to the hotel with a supermarket and some food options so it's very convenient. staff were friendly and helpful.

pillows were a little too hard for my liking but this is just personal preference. the hotel location is also a rather long walk from kawaguchiko station if you are not driving (~20 minutes or so) so do take note.

Very new property with a great emphasis on sustainability. Quiet location, tidy and clean with great staff. The onsite hot spring was definitely a bonus and the breakfast selection was great and changes daily. The welcome bar in the early evening was a nice surprise and we enjoyed that also.

The room is a bit small, but luckily we travelled with our backpack and left our baggages in lockers in Tokyo. The property is a bit far away from Kawaguchiko station, it might be beneficial to have a shuttle bus in place.

Love the onsen and the location is next to a shopping mall and restaurants. The view of Mt. Fuji was the highlight of our stay.

Very strict on check in even if you request to pay for an early one. A bit expensive stay for simple amenities. If you are not driving its hard to get to. 15 minutes by taxi or 22 minutes walk from kawaguchiko station.

Breakfast was organic. Rice to add pickle cucumber plus other doesn't look appealing but taste great and wonderful. Able to view Mount Fuji from the window and having an onsen was perfect. Location wise was a bit far from town or Kawaguchiko station. Room was clean though bathroom a bit small. It has an aircon which can be used as heater which is a plus point where most hotel doesn't have. Overall its perfect with quiet environment.
