Beautifully designed brand new hotel with amazing decor and facilities, truly a master piece in hotel design

Ordering a simple cappuccino seems like such an impossible ordeal where you either wait forever and have to ask multiple waiters as there doesn’t seem to be a clear structure in responsibilities or are told that you are not allow to order one until 8am and they don’t deliver coffee as room service. To bring this hotel to global standards ( I know, as I travel for living), consider ongoing training of your employees to ensure they understand what a high quality customer service should be.

Proximity to the park and high streets,modern Scandinavian design ,the breakfast particularly the omelette and the butter😁.

The gym was small and didn’t have much equipments ,food menu had limited options

As with other Puros attention to detail uncomparable per price bracket.Style perfection ambiance that will be missed Food worth traveling for and so in tune with the hotel character.Most warm and natural way of serving by delightful people.You feel like this could be your dream home space that you are coming back to with ease.

Guest who allowed her dog to go on the sofa used by many others.Being a dog owner myself I don't appreciate that lack of consideration for others although seeing dogs around the hotel was a bliss.Maybe a gently note for dog owners together with appreciation of them and their furry friends?:)that hotel does already ...boundaries set..some people need it:)

It was new. the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was phenomenal.Room was large an comfortable.

A very stylish interior, natural materials, a comfortable mattress, crisp snow-white bedding, and soft towels. The breakfasts are delicious, and the dinner menu is also excellent. It’s very convenient to have a private parking lot. A great gym equipped with new machines, and there’s a sauna nearby.

It would be great to add a freezer for special coolants, as people nowadays travel a lot with cosmetics that need refrigeration or with medications. Also, it would be wonderful to have someone available to help with luggage, as carrying suitcases and belongings alone is not very convenient. And it would be perfect to offer more vegetable options for breakfast, perhaps spinach or zucchini. Thank you, everything else is wonderful!

Me and my lovely girlfriend spend 2 nights there. We love that everyone working in the hotel pay attention to details. We had some problems with the flight to Poland. Reception accommodate all our last minute request. I can't recommend hard enough this hotel. Every inch of this hotel.feel like home. Getting bikes on Saturday really help.us to discover the city with out working about traffic. Great design all around. Staff friendly and welcomy. Clean and cosy. The greatest thing was lack of TV in the room, instead you have a speaker that you can play music and really relax.

Value for money: 9/10. Super friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable bed, and a smooth check-in. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Suggestions: TV: It would be great if the TV supported streaming apps (e.g., Netflix). We were only able to connect to YouTube and Spotify. Breakfast: Delicious, though if I stayed longer I might want a bit more variety. If the menu rotates weekly, please disregard this point. Room service menu: The selection felt quite limited; expanding it with a few additional options would be appreciated. Amenities: Body lotion and tissues in the room would be appreciated; bathrobes would be a nice touch. For an exceptional touch, consider adding makeup-removing wipes.

Location is excellent, basically in the old town with most things walking distance - to large parks, museums and monuments, places to eat etc. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great Decor. Hotel also offered complimentary gym & sauna, as well as bike rental.

The beds were a little small, and the large fluffy pillows weren't comfortable- they had the option of providing firmer pillows but neither were really any good. Appreciate the staff trying to be very accommodating, though. The stay was a lot more expensive than other options but the stay was overall very pleasant with very nice meals at their restaurant, Mund.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip. The room is nice and the bed was comfortable, but the rooms are small. I would definately stay here again, but only if it is for 2-3 nights. If I were on one of my longer trips (10-14 days), i would probably opt to stay at a hotel that had larger rooms with available storage for unpacking. All in all though, the hotel is very nice!

The check-in/out process is slow because there were only two people working the desk and a lot of people arrived at the same time. The ladies that worked the front desk were very nice, however, a couple of them did not speak very good english, therefore, it took a while for them to understand what I was asking a few times. Not a huge deal with google translate though.

PURO Warszawa Stare Miasto is a true design gem. The interiors are calm and thoughtfully curated, with soft tones and natural materials creating an instant sense of balance. Public areas are open and welcoming, and although the standard rooms are compact, every detail is carefully considered – from clever storage to incredibly comfortable beds. The café Mund serves outstanding pastries and baked goods – a real highlight. The gym is modern and well-equipped, and the sauna is beautifully designed, though a small digital booking system might improve the experience due to its intimate size. Breakfast offers a rich variety of homemade spreads, fresh pastries, and a creative à la carte menu. While we appreciated the concept, the flavors didn’t always fully come together. Overall, a beautiful and inspiring stay – we’ll gladly return.

The service team was kind and attentive, but a bit uncoordinated – likely still growing into a full rhythm.
