- Amazing room view - Clean room and bathroom - Pleasant massage (you need to book in advance) - Suitable hotel for families as it is quiet (not crowded at all) and you can relax and play freely in the pool with the kids, for example

- No hotel parking, so you basically park on the street around the hotel - Basic breakfast - it was not delicious, and it was absolutely the same every morning - The room was extremely hot - we needed to stop the heating system and open the window (visit during march) - The way you reach the Spa is not well thought - you pass through the lobby and quite close to the front door of the hotel so you can imagine what a cold air we felt while we were going and coming back from the spa 🥶 - The staff was not smiling at all. They were just moving around like robots looking super bored or exhausted (excluding the massagist and the girl in the spa zone). - The hotel has 4 stars but it is more like 3

We loved the stay,it’s about 10 minutes away from Bansko so have it in mind that you need a car to go downtown.There is plenty of parking outside.The Spa facilities are really good the water temperature of the pool as well as the Jacuzzi were nice and warm with lovely views outside. Our room was clean and always warm :)

The breakfast buffet was quite standard for a 4* hotel but tasty. We didn’t like that the last day instead of a buffet we had to choose from a set menu one of the options. The waitress didn’t speak/couldn’t understand English had an attitude and was making faces, brought our main breakfast wrong but we didn’t create any problems just ate what she brought us. Luckily the issue with the language was only in the kitchen staff and waiters, the receptionists and everyone else were great!!

The heating is poor and we have a issue whit the door which leading to the balcony of the room next door. This door was supposed to be locked, but one day I found it wide open. I asked the reception why it was open, but I didn't get any explanation.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The personnel were super polite. Great salads and fruits! Overall it is not bad value for money. If your intentions are to stay only in the hotel you might not be extremely happy. We used the hotel as a hub for different trips around the area, slept there and occasionally did some spa.

Two times the meat which came as part of the half board had a bad, almost rotten smell. The other times it was great. The inner pool had an extremely chemical smell, which made our eyes extremely itchy and red. I know it is for our good, but still. The overall condition of the hotel is a bit worn. Scratches here and there, rust on the bath tub, a bit of mould on the silicone. It is not that bad and you can see this reflects on the price.

The facilities are really nice. The staff is amazing. The massages are very good. The food is ok. Great view to the mountain.

The parking is on the street and is definitely not secured. If you want to use the hotel parking there is an additional cost. The quality of food served for breakfast and dinner (the buffet) was lower than the food which you could order from the menu.

The only thing that didn't make sense was that inspite the fact that the apartment had a kitchen with stove and oven, there were no pots, pans, knifes and forks etc., Which made the whole kitchen totally irrelevant. The local dinning room manager had provided us with knifes and forks to our request.

Very good restaurant with included breakfast and a possibility to book a dinner on a block table (also very good quality). The internal pool is large (20 m long) and clean. Nice staff and big light apartment with fully-equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine) but without any cutlery and crockery.

The steam bath, sauna and jacuzzi have not had the required temperature.

Me and my wife had a great weekend there. Very kind and positive crew. Also we received a compliment from the hotel, instead of a double room we had an apartment. Food was tasty. And the scenery from our terrace was just amazing. I strongly recommend it 🔥

The Spa looked good, and the staff were nice

There’s no AC in the rooms or in the restaurant & lobby. The room we got was a lot smaller than the one in the photos.

Very nice lady od Reception and also waiter in hotel restaurant. Spacious rooms. Perfect mountain view.

Bathroom overaly clean but silicne round bath needs to be replaced with new one, since black one does not look nice in any hotel. Othervise super.
