Not new, but a very cozy and beautiful chalet-style hotel. The staff is exceptionally professional, and the rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms are roomy and equipped with everything you need. Bed linens, towels, and bathrobes are changed daily. Special mention goes to the SPA area: a large pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, as well as a variety of baths, saunas, a hammam, and ice rooms.

Tasty but repetitive breakfast. The same goes for the New Year's celebration at the restaurant — the selection was limited, the overhead lights were on, and the atmosphere felt a bit lacking. It's a small thing, but still worth mentioning.

Breakfast was good, a wide choice and well prepared. The restaurant was busy but staff were helpful. Comfortable hotel in a great location for the lift, with a really nice spa facility. There is a great ski in/out ski storage facility where the staff store your skis for you and store your boots on boot warm/drying machines. Lift passes in the hotel are more expensive but they offer fast track to skip the lift queue. Reception staff were very helpful. There is a great Italian restaurant right across the road with a wide selection of excellent quality dishes and freindly service (book beforehand, it gets full)

They need to ban people from taking phones in to the pool and spa area, there were too many people taking pictures, videos where everyone (including kids) are in their swimming gear, and people making calls in the spa, which should be a relaxing peaceful area.

Beautiful!! You can see the ski tracks from your room. lol. Perfect location next to the gondola. The hotel is super clean and housekeeping was twice a day! Lobby very inviting, spa so nice!!I did not use the sauna but the outdoor jacuzzi was wonderful. Good and tasty breakfast- the waiters were so nice.

Nothing really. The spa treatments could have been cheaper. The receptionist should be more informed regarding attractions in the area. They recommended going to the “Pulse Therme” in Banya. Great offer, we enjoyed the day, but the hotel recommended a taxi (30leba) when in fact the place has a free shuttle.

Overall we had a great time at the hotel (and in Bankso). The check-in was quick and easy, and we were met with a complimentary glass of champagne, which was nice! The room was clean and modern, and the bathroom offered both a bath and a separate shower! The food (dinner) at the hotel was very nice, and the breakfast was excellent! The kids club was a nice touch, and the indoor and outdoor pools were great. I thought the staff were very friendly and professional! Great location with terrific views!

The price of coffee and dinner were a bit high, but that was not unexpected in a hotel of this sort!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, there were a couple of things worth noting. First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service. The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax. However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.

Great hotel with a wonderful setting, clean rooms, excellent pools, nice staff, and a good breakfast. We had an issue with the way that the balcony is built. We thought it wasn't so safe for our baby. The staff sent a special team that fixed this issue quickly and we were very satisfied with the service. The check-in and out were quick.

No one greeted/attended us when we entered the hotel after a long drive and heavy luggage. True, June isn't exactly a high season in Bansko. However, first impressions can make or break a guest’s experience, and the way in which you are greeting guests is very important as it's the first point of onsite contact. Greeting is the best way of making a hotel guest feel at home right away.

A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

Real milk in the fridge in the room would have been a bonus, but only if I am being picky.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The pool was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring, and the views of the mountains were simply breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The hotel is also located in a great location.

Disappointed half board dinner menu at this hotel. The selection of dishes was very limited, and the flavors were bland. The prices were also very high, and many of the dishes were for additional charge. I strongly advise against paying for dinner at this hotel. You can get much better food for half the price at the restaurants nearby.

My 5th time here, and it never disappoints me! The best Location! The Best Service The Best Staff The Best Breakfast ( better than you can ever imagine! ) The Best Spa facilities The Best treatments! Amazing spacious rooms, with gorgeous Bathrooms and beautiful balconies! I’ll see you next year!

It gets pricier every year.

We've been in the hotel several times and I find it hard to imagine how anyone would rate it less than 10/10. Check-in and check-out are like a breeze; the rooms are perfect (note, despite the age of the hotel, everything is perfectly maintained); the breakfasts are 6 stars. We had taken half board accommodation for the first time this summer and were delighted with the suppers. They offer BBQ in the weekends, which is superb. The hotel is pet-friendly. This is a bonus for us because we can take the doggie with us. I can't give an assessment for the SPA-part, since my partner and I are more of a hiking lovers, but regarding the latter, the conditions are great. You can take the gondola (2 min away from the hotel) to Banderishka Polyana and from there, walk around the Pirin.

It's not much, but in other luxury hotels they offer a bed and pans for the doggie, when the owner has declared that they are traveling with a pet. I'm just suggesting :)
