-We really enjoyed the fact that it was situated in a quiet area, a 20 minute walk from intra muros. -The kitchen was fully equipped, and the room was quite spacious. -There was a private parking and a playroom with a billiard and a ping pong table, chess, games etc. (that was definitely a plus for our 10 year old daughter 😀) -Linen was good and clean.

-The hotel has a huge noise insulation issue, you could hear everything from other rooms, corridors, etc -Also, it is quite smelly, as there is no ventilation in the kitchen area. -Reception service is a bit complicated because they could only respond during certain time slots.

There was a parking spot that we had reserved. The overall experience was ok. The location also was nice in a calm neighborhood.

They kept 200euros as a deposit in case we break something in the room, however they only returned the money one month later. For a place that does not provide neither coffee, nor toilet paper and demands that you need to take the trash out before leaving and clean the kitchen, i find it extremely bad!

The room was like a small one bed apartment. It was advertised as fit for up to 4 guests, but I think that the optimum number is 2 for the room dimensions instead. The room, kitchen utilities and bed sheets were clean. The small balcony faced an isolated corner of the garden surrounding the residence. The building was overall quiet, allowing a good night’s rest. It is situated in a safe area, c. 20 minutes walking distance from the historic center (the ‘intra muros’ area of St.-Malo).

The residence does not have 24/24 h reception and it was also a bit annoying that I was asked to allow the blocking of 200 euro on my credit card upon my arrival, as a room guarantee. Also, one is asked to leave the kitchen crystal clear when leaving, to selectively throw away garbage, bringing glass trash to a collecting point situated at a 5-minute walking distance of the property.

Had to make beds when we arrived - not a problem for the cost of the room but just not expected and tricky as bunk beds for the kids. We also maybe hadn't realised that the main bed was a sofa bed. But probably just me not remembering

Wonderful little self contained appartment with just about everything supplied except hairdryer. Very clean. It's simple but perfect. I was allowed to wheel my bike into my room which is a great help for cycle travellers. I used the bunk bed rather than pull out sofa bed. A bit small but OK. Sheets were crisp and white. I walked into the town a few times. A bit far but it's along the dockyard so it's pleasant.

It would be too small for 4 people. Perfect for a couple.

The reception staff were friendly and there was a locked room to store my bicycle. I was expecting a hotel room, but it was actually a fully-equipped self-catering apartment. It was very close to the ferry port for an early departure the next day.

It was strange that I had to make the bed for a one-night stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff - very accommodating with regards to our early departure. Nice, peaceful location, and an easy walk into the 'old' town. The snack truck parked in the front parking-lot was a bonus at the end of our long evening walk. We didn't get a chance to swim, but there were a fair amount of people making use of the pool, and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves.

The room was nice and basic. Clean and had a small balcony. For the price it was definitely worth it in saint malo. I don't mind walking so 20 mins to the centre. However you can catch the bus to town .

The sofa bed was not the most comfortable. But it was one of them it was cheaper than staying in saint malo centre . So overall thumbs up from me

Great location, on site parking, nice room with good facilities and small balcony, helpful staff, swimming pool. Was happy to make up bed ourselves as its was a sofa bed. First time I've been provided with a mini cleaning kit to make sure the room was left clean and tidy.

Might have been a good idea to explain that you made the bed yourself because it was a sofa bed.

Small studio but it had everything you need from A to Z. Bunk bed and a sofa bed, dining table, small kitchen with all amenities, and bathroom with a tub. Small balcony facing the parking. very quiet place. Pool was closed as it was in February. Parking was very convenient and just 5 Euro per night (could be different in summer). Very nice staff. highly recommend this place.
