Everything about Bali Vilaasee and the staff exceeded our expectations. On arrival we were given welcome drinks and were surprised with a free cake at our villa as we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. The staff are super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The villa was spacious, clean and bug free. The pool was fantastic as it has the sun all day and lights up at night. Their food was delicious and was always delivered to our villa quite fast, they even have a little door bell to ring when they arrive. Everything is within walking distance like resturants, atm, supermarket and close to Potato head beach club. Would 1000% stay at Bali Vilaasee again.

The property had great views. The staff were lovely, helpful and available 24 hours. The location is central so everything is nearby. The breakfast available was good and delivered on time although not a lot of variety in options. The place is quiet and serene despite being central in location.

The tub and bathroom could have been cleaner but was more or less fine after the first room service. There was a water stink on the first day. The fan didn’t work on the first day but were fixed on the next day upon our first insistence although we were first told it was how it was. Overall they were minor issues but for premium price we paid we expected spotless cleanliness.

Travelled with husband To celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. This place was definitely a hideaway getaway, travelled from Australia to Bali for the first and to arrive here in this beautiful well sorted villa was amazing, it was time to relax and enjoy quality time. We enjoyed this beautiful escape from the noise in the main town. We loved everything about this place clean spacious and comfortable. Close to shops, restaurants and beach a few minutes away. A perfect start to our holiday. Thankyou

Perfect Honeymoon Stay We arrived in September for an 8 night stay for our honeymoon. We were greeted by friendly staff, helping us check in quickly and taking our suitcases to the room. We had cake and drinks upon arrival and we had a flower display on the bed and bath to celebrate the start of our honeymoon. We used the breakfast service on the first morning and although we enjoyed it, we preferred going out each morning and trying different brunch restaurants within walking distance from the villa. On the final evening, we purchased the romantic dinner meal option which we loved. This included a 5 course meal, bottle of wine and full room decoration. We would recommend to anyone, especially those visiting for a special occasion. The cleaning service was spotless and couldn’t fault the staff, always on hand to support with their local knowledge and general questions. Only small fault we had was the water pressure in the main shower was very poor but we got around that by showing in the outdoor bath so this didn’t bother us. We loved how private the villa was, with your own pool and outdoor bath. Would 100% recommend to anyone, and will defiantly return if we come back to Bali in the future. It is located in a very busy street Also the bathrooms are never cleaned properly. This is something i noticed in Bali in general

This hotel is close to the popular Seminyak shopping area, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the street - very quiet and peaceful

The breakfast was delicious! We got welcome drinks on arrival which was very tasty. The staff were always available to attend to every request. 24/7 service.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Villa is beautiful. Same as pictures. It's very private and cozy. It's clean and comfortable, they were changing our bed sheets every day. Also every day clean towels and clean towels for pool. They also provide 4 bottles of water per day. Amazing! Stuff is so polite and friendly.
