Nice, clean and updated rooms; Owner was very helpful and accommodating ; the location is great if you want far away from the noise and buzz of Sapa. We jad a motorcycle with us so the distance to Sapa is not an issue. Easy walk to neighboring ethnic villages; a handful of good restaurants and stores for snacks and supplies nearby. Owner is currently building an extension for a restaurant , Cafe & Rooftop pool. We had the 4th floor with balcony so it was a great to watch the village locals go about their daily routines from the top.

I would not recommend getting your laundry done. Hotel uses a local third party to do the laundry. It was the most expensive laundry we have ever done in Southeast Asia the past 2 months- she charged us 200,000 VND for a load and it came back not smelling clean at all. It smells like they forgot to put a laundry detergent.

En Hotel is situated roughly 20 minutes taxi drive from the loud and buzzing main town of Sapa. The hotel is situated in a small village with lots of rise fields and offers lots of opportunities for trekking. It is much more peaceful and quiet compared to the main town of Sapa, and we got to learn about the local tribes and culture from some of the villagers. There are plenty of places to eat in the village. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. We were allowed to stay for a bit longer since our baby was taking a longer-than-usual nap at the time for check-out. Note: remember to bring cash as there is no ATM in the village. The hotel does take credit card though.

My room was big, spacious, clean and perfect to work in when I needed to work with my laptop. Also, I enjoyed that the hotel wasn't downtown. Coming from hanoi (busy city) it was nice to have a calm moment. This hotel is a bit far from downtown, so you'll either need yo get a taxi or rent a motorbike if you plan to visit the big city of Sapa. Although, if you are looking for a calm place, surrounded by real locals, exceptional view of the mountains and getting wake up by roosters instead of motorbike honking, this is the place! Good restorant by walking, exceptional spa too by walking. I did not regret once staying there for 3 nights. Also, Cap (the guy working at the front desk) was super nice and helped me with all my concern. Plus it was fun to chat with him about anything and everything. Thank you Cap!

Listing is misleading- you have access to (but the hotel doesn't have) a pool in the hotel next door, restaurant down the street, spa down the street... which is inconvenient. Walls are really thin- dogs barking through the night, can hear conversations of people in the next room, front reception was usually only available by phone -but did get right back to you... for the price was still worth staying.

We had a great experience staying at En Hotel! The owners are so friendly and will always check in to make sure you’re happy with everything. They let us check in very early the morning of our arrival after an overnight bus and got the room ready for us within a hour! We stayed in their new hotel next door and it is breathtaking! The lady “Ud” (apologies if misspelt) is so sweet! The room is spacious and comfortable. It is a very clean hotel with stunning views! The breakfasts were very tasty! Would highly recommend staying in this village everyone is so friendly & it’s so wholesome seeing the kids play on the road in the evenings! It’s a 25 minute scooter away from Sa Pa but we knew that when we booked this hotel and we were happy to be away from the hustle and bustle! Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

The room was spacious. If you want to experience local Sapa, this is the place. It's over 30 minutes away from the town centre. You can only get there by taxi or transportation arranged from the hotel. The staff is very helpful and recommended trekking by a local. The breakfast offered was good. There were few restaurants close by. There was a fridge in the room but wasn't plugged, but I guess you can if you need it. There's a pool but haven't used it. There are some souvenir shops that were run by locals, and all their items were handmade

The hotel’s situated in Tavan village, 20mins by cab from Sapa centre, a peaceful neighbourhood that’s surrounded by padi fields. The hotel’s the tallest there & so our room which is at level 5 has the best view of the village. The room’s clean & the beds are comfortable. The best part of the room’s the jacuzzi bathtub! After a long day of traveling, a hot dip’s very relaxing. Mr Huong, the owner’s very hospitable & kind. He gave us extra blankets knowing that we’d be cold at night & those really kept us warm at night which got really cold. He also let us put our luggages ti it’s time for us to leave for our night train. The lady staff’s also very friendly & readily helped when needed. Also, They’re building an extension that will have dining place & swimming pool in the future, so something to look forward to in the future! The hotel’s also surrounded by several eateries & our favorite is the vegetarian restaurant just next door. There is also a restaurant about 5 mins walk, whose Chef’s a malaysian, so foreign food options are available as well. Overall a really nice clean peaceful hotel surrounded by friendly people!

A “village” area out of Sapa. Comfortable spacious rooms. Well air conditioned. Lift to all floors. Breakfast served across the road but adds to the charm. Good menu choice for breakfast. Staff exceptional - a small mix up re booking was fixed quickly with a smile & welcome. Taxi into Sapa takes about 20 minutes. Staff will assist with anything. I would definitely stay again.

The room was very new and very clean, spacious, good water pressure, the staff was very helpful in calling taxi service to the city center. The heater was working well. The bed was king size. The room rate was very cheap. They also offer tours.

It's 9.7 km away from Sun Plaza and about 24 minutes by Grab and taxi each way is 250,000 dong. There is a little bit of a zigzag road. Simple breakfast choices of bread and egg, bread and butter and jam, instant noodles with fried egg and veggies, coffee or tea.

Comfortable room. Much better to stay here than in Sapa. More authentic village.

Due to a big festival on our check-in day, our check-in was considerably delayed. Rooms were not ready at the time the manager said they’d be. He was extremely apologetic about the situation. No breakfast is served at the hotel. Coupons are issued for breakfast at the homestay across the street.
