The staff that greeted us upon arrival was pleasant and helpful, and the morning staff was just as accommodating.

My room had a draft over by the window, which made my room a little cooler on the floor than I liked.

Breakfast was disappointing. I invited a guest for breakfast, paid the extra charge, then it was also charged to my room fee. It was straightened out by Jason(?) .

We enjoyed the breakfast and the location. The rooms were decent sized and comfortable.

We had an issue the first time trying to get breakfast which resulted in us having to spend 50$ for breakfast

Night manger set us up to depart at 12. We were at a late night wedding so we didn't get in until late and she was helpful but then we overslept due to exhaustion but day manager wouldn't allow us to extend both rooms past 12.

Day manager couldn't allow both of my rooms to check out at 1.

Although the room was advertised as handicapped, the only thing about it was a large bathroom with bars to pull oneself up. I understand that the door is heavy for a reason but I could barely open the darn thing-
