If you don't want to stay on the Island on Venice itself then this is the perfect alternative. The staff are great and very helpful. There are 3 restaurants and 3 bars all within a 150 meter walk. The hotel is a 150 meter walk from bus stop number 5 which takes you into Venice. It's a 6 Euro return trip for two people and you get tickets at the tobacconists. Make sure you get the breakfast included option, that will see you through to dinner. There is an elevator if you are staying on the upper floors. Once you see people struggling with their bags in Venice over the paths and bridges you will be very glad you chose this hotel !! Taxi from the Mestre train station is 17 to 28 Euro. I can highly recommend staying here.

The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the size of the shower. It is very easy to knock the tap when you are showering and scald yourself with hot water. Be careful when using the shower.

The owners are really nice. We had a (REALLY) late check-in (3am) and the owner waited for us and was very nice to us even if we were late. Room is a little old, but it's clean and comfortable. Hotel's location is really nice, there are couple of bus stations ~50 meters from the hotel, one is for bus no.5 and the other is for bus no.19, both of them go to Venice and they come every 20 minutes or so. There's a shop on the opposite side of the hotel where you can buy tickets for the bus (irrelevant for the hotel review, but you can buy the 1.5e tickets there that are available for use for the 75 minutes from the time you first use it in the bus; the same ticket is 3e when bought from the driver in the bus). You can have a coffee in the hotel, we tried the capuchino and it was excellent. We left our things after the checkout so we can go to Venice and the owner was okay with that, so you leave the things with them at the reception. All in all, really nice value for money, would recommend.

We was served like a boss. In raining days they offered an unbrella. In sunny days a smile. The woman at the desk is lovely and very helpful. Check in and check out is fast. We bought at the airport 7 days unlimited ticket for bus(78 euro per person), bus station nr 5 and nr 19 is near and works impressively fast. 10 minutes and you are in the middle of the city at the point. Big advantage is that ticket works for any type ( Bus/Vaporetto ).The hotel is surrounded by restraurants and shops. Great coffee at the Bar Cubic and amazing pizza at Tre Punto Zero.

The battery from TV's remote control was low but not our priority in Venezia to watch TV.

Great location, on the route of bus number 5 that goes from de airport to Venice. To get to Venice is just 12 minutes on the bus. The staff is really friendly, the breakfast was good and with a lot of options, especially if we consider the price. The bedroom was a good size, with a fridge and the beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom was quite small and the shower cubicle very tight, we were both slim but for someone bigger that will definitely be a problem. Also, the water was not draining at all. The wifi worked great.

Only that shower part and the fact that there's a bar next door so you can hear some noise at the beginning of the night.

The staff was really nice. They paid attention to us. For eg i put something under my pillow during the night to raise it and the next day when they made up our room they noticed and brought ne an extra pillow. The facilities were kept clean and they brought us clean towels every day. The .location is perfect, multiple buses are going to Venice all stops are within a 2 min walking and take about 16 min to piazella roma in Venice.

The terrace was a bit forgotten in terms of cleanliness and facilities, but we didn't use it anyway, so not really important.

Cute hotel, very close to the airport. We stayed there for one night because we had an early flight to catch and it was exactly what we needed. The girl that checked us in was very sweet and helpful. We asked for a private transfer and the hotel dilvered without any problems. The bathrooms were clean, included towels, hair dryer... There was a tv in the room, storage space, safe... I think its a great hotel for the price you pay!

Rooms are a little small, but not too bad. Some of the the things in the hotel are a little old, (like the bed coverings) but everything is tidy and clean.

The property was near bus 5 and 19. Both buses go to Venice. Just 16-17 minutes bus ride. Also, the property is near Marco Polo Airport. For people whose flights sched are early like 5 am, the place is perfect. Breakfast was also included in our stay. Price was not off the roof but we experienced great service.

The room had a nice balcony where we could chill. Location is great, just 3min away from the bus stop to go to the centre of Venice or to go to the airport.

City tax must be paid in cash.

It is a peaceful hotel. is near the bus (1 minute) to go to the airport and to go to Venice. You cannot get lost even if you arrive at night. The location was fantastic because you could find everything you need, like: Post office, coffee shops, restaurants, park.

I like the room, but I think that the fridge should be put in a different place out from the desk cabinet. Could be dangerous. My little one saw a garden, I think it couldn't be used, it was a bit 'messy'. I think that once fixed it would be a great place of fun for the kids staying in the hotel.

The room has a good space and the hotel well located, close to markets, restaurants, airport and bus stop to go to Venice.

The towels and sheets were clean, but there was a greasy smell. A tourist tax is charged and you only have to pay in cash, I had to exchange the money and pay an exchange fee to pay this tourist tax.
