very handy to paddington station and places to eat and drink especially the Ask Italian restaurant just around the corner

The location is great! Just 5 minutes from Paddington train station, metro and bus stop. Very accessible! The staffs were very nice throughout my one week stay. The room size is appropriate and the bed was very comfy! There was a tv where I watch True crime in the evenings to fall asleep and water boilerwith free coffee and tea to make in the mornings or evenings. The shower and toilet was good and the daily housekeeping is amazing. There's an elevator so checking in and out with your luggages will be a breeze. I will definitely come back and stay here again on my return to London! The price of hotels on this area is also affordable around 50-60 gbp per night

There's no wifi and hopefully we can leave our luggages for free if we arrive early or if our trains our leaving later than our check-out

For central London, this was an absolute bargain. The hotel and my room were no-frills, for sure, but clean and well appointed at a very affordable price for central London, in easy walking distance of Hyde Park and local attractions, and Paddington Station. Not for those looking for something glamorous, but my single room, although tiny, was well appointed and clean - everything I needed to lay down my head after a day bustling about London, or for a quick stop-off in between things. I was going to book a Premier Inn hub, but went for this because it was a good bit cheaper. The hotel building itself is old and definitely could do with a bit of modernising, but if all you're looking for is a comfortable place to rest your head at a reasonable price, this is spot on. And the staff were super friendly throughout.

Th location is great next to paddington station and few minutes walk to many coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Hyde park is also few minutes walk. The room was very clean.

The room was very small, which can be a problem if you are staying for a long period of time. As for me, I stayed a couple of days and did not spend a lot of time in the room. Basically I just used it to sleep.

The location was exceptional within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and Hyde Park. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room was very small for a family of 4

Location, building, staff

There were no light tables when we arrived, so I had to ask for them. There was no chair in the room, so I had to ask for one, and they said they didn't have one at first. There were no hand towels in the room, even though I asked for them. Several times, the aisle near the lift was full of bags and cleaning supplies, while there were no staff members around.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in London with great value for money. The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. I was able to check in early at no extra charge, and they even upgraded my room for free, which was the highlight of my trip. The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station.

Good location and price for a place in London

Overall, my stay was good, but I believe I got bitten by an insect during the night, as I woke up with a bump on my skin. This made me slightly question the cleanliness of the room. It would be great if more attention could be given to this aspect.

Very quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable, there is a kettle and tea-coffee, TV and table.

There could be as minimum 1 сhair! And there was only one towel per person, there could be as minimum 2. The hanger is in the corner so that You bring your jacket through all the room

The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking distance to Paddington. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was small but ideal for a night or two.
