very handy to paddington station and places to eat and drink especially the Ask Italian restaurant just around the corner

The location is great! Just 5 minutes from Paddington train station, metro and bus stop. Very accessible! The staffs were very nice throughout my one week stay. The room size is appropriate and the bed was very comfy! There was a tv where I watch True crime in the evenings to fall asleep and water boilerwith free coffee and tea to make in the mornings or evenings. The shower and toilet was good and the daily housekeeping is amazing. There's an elevator so checking in and out with your luggages will be a breeze. I will definitely come back and stay here again on my return to London! The price of hotels on this area is also affordable around 50-60 gbp per night

There's no wifi and hopefully we can leave our luggages for free if we arrive early or if our trains our leaving later than our check-out

For central London, this was an absolute bargain. The hotel and my room were no-frills, for sure, but clean and well appointed at a very affordable price for central London, in easy walking distance of Hyde Park and local attractions, and Paddington Station. Not for those looking for something glamorous, but my single room, although tiny, was well appointed and clean - everything I needed to lay down my head after a day bustling about London, or for a quick stop-off in between things. I was going to book a Premier Inn hub, but went for this because it was a good bit cheaper. The hotel building itself is old and definitely could do with a bit of modernising, but if all you're looking for is a comfortable place to rest your head at a reasonable price, this is spot on. And the staff were super friendly throughout.

Room was clean. Bed got made every morning. Friendly staff. Luggage storage available. Incredibly close to Paddington station and Hyde park. Close to Notting Hill, Piccadilly Circus etc There was a table fan in the room.

Room is a bit small, but that was to be expected. No breakfast available. Elevator was really slow

The location is incredibly short to Hyde Park and Paddington station which was brilliant for travelling with a 7 year old. The double beds were comfy!

Sadly our room didn’t get Wi-Fi signal and the mobile reception was nil-existent too, which made London research and communications hard. The bathroom was slightly outdated with some cracks but nothing unfunctional!

Great location which is 3 minutes walk to Paddington Station.

Staff is not that responsible specially when cleaning room. One day we find out coffee cups were left unwashed with free coffee running out, but beds were cleaned which showed they have cleaned our room without check cups and coffee provides. That means we need to go to front desk to ask for clean cups and coffee ourselves when we backed hotel at 23:00.

The locality is absolutely amazing! For the money it was really great! We were on the second floor, and the room was spacious enough.

We were able to get the keys without proving our identification after checking in. I'm not sure if they remember your face, but just saying the number to the room shouldn't be enough to get to the room when you have to leave the keys behind every time you leave the hotel.

Th location is great next to paddington station and few minutes walk to many coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Hyde park is also few minutes walk. The room was very clean.

The room was very small, which can be a problem if you are staying for a long period of time. As for me, I stayed a couple of days and did not spend a lot of time in the room. Basically I just used it to sleep.
