The room was very spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The room could use some updating.

One thing I didn’t like was when my wife and I arrived at check in, they charged us a $50 inconvenience fee. The guy at the front desk said its in case we trash the room. They would refund it after check out if there was no damage. I looked on the reservation and on the website and there was no mention of this.

We liked everything about the hotel but when we went to the breakfast in the morning, the service provided by the breakfast was very rude. She brought all his family members for free breakfast and when we asked for breakfast, she told us that breakfast was short. She has less breakfast then I see their family members taken breakfast inside the kitchen. She was very rude. August 29 morning before 09:00 a.m. otherwise everything was very good. I love holiday inn . That’s why we was visited your hotel. Tnx

I loved the staff who were so warm and hospitable. Our first interaction was with Sabrina Diebel. What an amazing person she is!!! We first saw her interactions with the guest who was ahead of us and were very impressed thereafter. All the other staff were very pleasant too. Oh... I forgot to mention the Dove products in the shower and Neutrogena lotion. They gave a very luxurious feel.

Breakfast was okay and had a lot of options but was not very tasty.

It was located right on I90 and good location in the junction of highways. Recently renovated and rooms are good. Free breakfast and allowed late check in.

The first room was smelly and not that great but the front desk person helped with another room that was great and

The location was close to shopping, food and the highway but it wasn’t loud with traffic noise. The breakfast was great. Lots of options and it was delicious. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. A bit high off the ground but comfortable.

The noise in the hall way on the first night, you can hear kids and adults talking loudly. Water pressure in the room was weak for my taste.

Location was great. Friendly staff, hotel clean. Breakfast was good except the potatoes were cold.

We were on the 2nd floor in room 207 and your could hear the people in the room beside us at 6 pm talking. Walls very thin.

Overall property was good however theee was service issue , I stayed for couple of days room was not cleaned after day 1 towels were not changed. Early morning 4.30/5.00 fire alarm rang but no one notified it was false alarm we all ended up going down after going to bed late in the night

The property was very clean and a great location for the purpose of our trip. Check-in was super fast and the free breakfast had lots of options. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very large.

Beds are always comfortable. Lobby is always clean . Staff always friendly and helpful.

The rug in my room was dirty and stained, the couch was also very worn and looked dirty. I Didn't feel comfortable to sit on it. Was disappointed after all this is not a cheap hotel like motel 6. I was really disappointed in that part.

The room we were in and the pool was clean the breakfast was excellent and the staff was top notch all around
