Property is located in an excellent position. Kitchen is modern and two balcony’s with separate entrances is great. Two bathrooms great as well.

In my room (25) one of the toilets was running through, ie. It wouldn’t flush as it was draining out as fast as it was filling. Small issue, I know - there were two toilets, however I had to wait until my daughter had finished showering before I could use the loo. No staff around makes it a bit difficult to convey any issues in a meaningful and timely way.

Spacious, well equipped apartment, wonderful view. Very quiet.

Advertising reception hours longer than they are, We got texts with safe code for out of hours which was only 2.45pm, nothing in safe! We rang and apparently there was a mix up, somebody put on the system we were only arriving two days after the original date, so no keys. My bookings were correct was one of the staff that put in wrong date, even though my texts she answered she didn’t realise it was on the day we were checking in

Perfect location in the centre of town. Only a short walk to East Shore and the beautiful parklands. The rooms are very spacious and have great views.

No single beds, so kids had to sleep in the same bed. The day we arrived it was nearly 40 degrees. It would have been nice for the air conditioner to be switched on before we arrived.

I love the location of Curtis apartments, the apartments are perfect, well supplied, extremely clean, and importantly, the security is first class. Next door TheReef Hotel is excellent for dining, I rate Curtis Apartments 10 out of 10. Thankyou.

Due to traffic conditions, we weren't sure if we'd make it in time for check-in and communications were difficult due to a lack of reception. To their credit, the hotel did the utmost to keep us informed and ensure our booking was safe.

As seemed to be common on this trip, reception hours were "rubbery" so despite arriving before their scheduled closure, we arrived to locked doors. No big deal - we simply used the after hours safe and found everything we needed.

Spotlessly clean and central to most places in Gladstone.

That reception was closed when we arrived (4pm) and that our car park had someone else’s car parked in it for approx the first 24 hours or so and then someone else parked in it when we went out for a bit. The car park space was clearly numbered. Reception remained closed for the entire time that we stayed there - or at least it wasn’t open during the stated weekend opening times. When I called about payment, I got told that she was covering 2 properties as there was a staff shortage on Gladstone, in fact “in the whole world”. Tone wasn’t great.

Units were very good generally, nice place to stay. No complaints.

No one in reception during stay in normal hours, ?? Sign up back in 10mins or contact number if urgent ??. Bathoom basin tap, very poor condition, very loose.

There was lots of space and the 2 bedrooms were on opposite sides both having ensuite one with a tub. Oh so nice, rooms very spacious and beds comfy (though to soft for me). Big fridge and had everything you needed to cook with. Pet friendly many tenants/guest had dogs.

Didn’t like reception was closed around 6pm, someone parked in our allocated space, a few undesirables were hanging around in carpark, people got in to lift drinking alcohol and I couldn’t work out the oven to cook.

Location excellent very clean value for money

The parking was a bit difficult to find without a staff member around. We drove in and realised our park was at the back. Remote door would open, but we worked it out. I feel the mattresses are due to be updated.

The apartment had everything for an overnight stay (or more days) and was very clean. Centrally located. Allocated undercover parking spot. Good selection of tv channels. Good cooktop. Value for money.

There was a bit of a mouldy smell throughout the unit. The air conditioner filter in each of the bedrooms needs to be cleaned.
