Wonderful family stay – everything exceeded our expectations! Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable! We traveled with our children and felt welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The staff was extremely friendly and approachable – they surprised us right away with a free room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture and a great start to our vacation. The room we received was spacious, perfectly clean, and modernly equipped, with plenty of space for the whole family. The kids had their own cozy corner, and we had the comfort and peace we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom spotless – everything was at a high standard. Breakfast was diverse and very tasty – there was a wide selection for all tastes, from hot dishes to fresh fruit, pastries, and healthy options. We especially appreciated the attention given to children: there were high chairs, kid-friendly food options, and staff who were patient and cheerful. The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible and well connected. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm, welcoming, and relaxing – perfect for a family getaway. A big thank-you to the entire hotel team for their hospitality. We truly felt at home, and that’s something rare these days. Highly recommended for everyone, especially families with kids. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay was only for one night and half day but it was marvellous!! All the staff was so hospitable,so kind and generous!! They were ready to fulfil every wish we had. All the facilities were so clean ,,very nice furnished,with all the details,the food was delicious and the breakfast was amazing!!! I wish we had more days to stay!!! It's nice that the hotel it's not near the city's centre because it's very quiet!!And very quickly you can go to the centre. Thank you for everything!!

There's nothing that we didn't like it.

We stayed just over night to skip the heavy traffic on the highway and this hotel was a great choice. Close to the highway, McDonalds and a gas station not far away. The breakfast is an important part of a hotel for me, and here it was among the best ones I have ever seen. Literally everything was offered, from vegetarian and no-lactose options, to everything else. The room was cosy, and the beds were absolutely excellent. If I could, I would sleep in them all day, unfortunately we had to get up at 7.

The only thing that bothered me a bit was that I could hear cars passing by at night even though windows were thick but I would book again nevertheless.

Reasonable prices, cleanliness, very warm and nicely decorated rooms, free parking, comfortable beds and friendly staff. It is reasonably far from the city centre, but if you're traveling by car you won't have any issues. The breakfast was delicious and despite being in the basement, the dining room was lovely and comfy. If you get a room on the street side, you'll have to close the curtains for some privacy due to the apartment building next door. On the bright side, despite our room being on the street side, it was pretty quiet.

Our room was heated by an AC unit that really struggled to heat anything. It took a long time for the room to finally warm up. This AC unit was also fairly noisy, sounding like a washing machine.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from the city center. It’s spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and everything feels brand new. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the staff was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. On-site parking is a big plus. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again when visiting Graz.

The breakfast was great, the room itself was comfy, clean and modern (the heating struggled somewhat to get the room warm and cozy), and the staff was friendly and competent (but failed to point out the parking situation)

We had an unfortunate parking mishap. Returning back from a party late at night all slots on the gated parking lot were occupied and we had to opt for street parking. That was somewhat annoying but hotel management has assured me that they are aware of the issue and are working on a general solution for the strained parking situation. In the meantime - maybe opt for taking a cab once you have parked your car on the hotel lot. Might be a good idea anyway - if you are venturing into the city center, parking your own car in the medieval tiny streets is quite a challenge.

All good. The room was of a very good size for a single traveler. The structure looks new: rooms, furniture, bathroom, accessories. The bed was comfortable. There is a parking space, available at no additional cost. The position is close to the highway and out from the center. So, it is perfect for someone who is passing by Graz and needs to stop for one night like it was in my case. The staff was very friendly.

Very easy to access (next to the main road) building and a surprisingly queit room. The hotel is pet friendly, so we had no issue at all to pay additional 20 Euro and have the dog with us in the room. Very kind hotel staff. Very good level of cleanliness, including the bathroom. There was a free parking lot and WiFi in the room, so we did not haveeny complaints whatsoever. The breakfast we paid extra, but it was also quite nice and the restaurant was really cosy and well designed. Great stay overall and we'd visit again.

The only I did not like was that we only stayed one night, as we were on a tight agenda travelling back to NL. :) No other complaints, to be honest!

Very nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. We booked 3 rooms for 8 people in total, one of the rooms did not meet our expectations and Olivera from the reception was very quick to support and find us a replacement room which very much exceeded our expectations! Great thank you for that. The rooms were very clean, nicely airconditioned in the hot Summer time, breakfast was delicious also with a friendly helping hand from the staff. It's not located in the city center but easy to get there by car. Really recommend this hotel and hope to stay there in the future.

Nice clean hotel with own parking. Room was modern and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good in cozy basement with brick archs. Location was great for us because we did not want to be directly in city center.

Room was bit overheated when we arrived because AC was off and it took some time to fix it (no big deal). The bed was too soft but that's my personal preference so who cares.
