Finding accommodations for our family was difficult. This location was immaculately clean. Location was convenient for what we were doing and the location was very quiet. Would recommend it for anyone staying in Charlottetown. Lots of room, two queen beds and a pull-out spread out over 3 rooms.

Electrical plugs were sparse which is not convenient. A coffee maker was provided but no filters so we could not make coffee. Late check-in was not guaranteed. The air conditioner was shut off during the day which meant the rooms were VERY hot for the first few hours after arriving back each night.

The cottages are beautiful, clean, and modern. Parking is easy and convenient and location is central for exploring the island. Beds are comfortable and the whole cottage feels very luxurious. Equipped for longer stays as well.

The ONLY downfall is no washer/dryer. Also did not get any check out instructions so wasn’t sure what was expected of us at check out.

I checked in that night because I booked two rooms with my friend. I asked the front desk for four toothbrushes, but they said they didn't have any, only two. Their attitude was very cold. But the service staff the next morning were very kind. They would smile and say hello to me, which made me feel very happy.

The motel is a short drive to a large shopping area (too far to walk) and is well positioned to get to either the National Parks or the city centre. The unit itself had nice sitting area and large table to eat at. The kitchen area was good with large fridge freezer and cooking facilities. It was clean and comfortable and more than adequate for self catering.

The hairdryer was burnt out, but another was supplied very promptly. The entrance to the property is not easy to find unless you know exactly where you are going - very easy to go past especially when being followed by traffic on a busy road.

What a gem of a property. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! This is great value with everything you need. We didn’t have any laundry detergent and the manager was kind enough to give us one of her laundry pods. And no pet fees! first place I’ve ever stayed that didn’t have to eat fees! The beds were super comfortable I had such a good sleep I didn’t want to get up in the morning. We will be back to PEI and when we are staying here!

Nothing I didn’t like!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this motel. It exceeded all our expectations. The recent renovations and thoughtful updates were truly impressive. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Having a fully equipped kitchen added so much convenience, and the spacious rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the motel's central location on the Island made it a perfect base for exploring, and the quick drive to downtown Charlottetown was a huge plus. We absolutely loved our stay here, and without a doubt, we'll be returning in the future. Highly recommended

We had a huge family event in PEI and booked everyone for 1 night with this little Gem. When we got there the lovely patient lady at the front desk got our rooms ready and it was done with such ease. She makes you feel right at home and pointed us in the directions we needed to go. The 3 rooms and the cabins where exactly what we needed. The grounds were well maintained and the kids loved it. It is dog friendly. the beds where so comfy wow. I can not say enough good things but if you go to PEI I suggest this spot.

I should have stayed longer it was not long enough.

Excellent location. Everything was clean and up to date, including new beds and furniture. Great shower and friendly housekeeping. Close to downtown Charlottetown and less than 30 minutes from Cavendish.

Water pressure was a bit low in the shower, otherwise everything was wonderful. We were VERY sad to hear that 2024 will be their last season of operation.

Very conveniently located to Charlottetown, lots of space in the cabin for our group, having the full kitchen was great.

I feel like it’s more summer suited, we stayed in January so it was snowing/cold out. The blankets on the bed were very thin, there were no blankets on the pull out couch so we had to give the spare blankets to the person on the couch. A larger mat by the front door and for us to put our wet boots on would have been appreciated, the floors were soaked and our socks.

The cabins had everything we needed. We opted to stay in a detached cabin since we were travelling with a baby. We also ended up asking to stay the whole week. The lady was able to accomodate us which saved us a whole bunch of trouble. We are so grateful!!

More of an improvement but maybe some hooks on the door to hang jackets or a coat rack!
