staff were fantastic—super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They assisted with our luggage and were just genuinely pleasant throughout our stay. Really lovely. The hotel has some practical perks, including a lift (though it’s quite small) and on-site parking for just €5, which is convenient if you’re driving. The location is not bad, right on the edge of Old Town. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the centre, which isn’t too bad, but next time I’d probably stay inside the historic centre for a more immersive experience. We chose this hotel mainly because it was easier with a car, avoiding the ZTL zone and narrow streets. The included breakfast was decent, but it was a bit limited in selection. I'd compare it to a boutique version of a Mercure with fewer features (no gym or pool for instance) but really nice staff. It felt a little expensive for what it was.

- The rooms were much smaller than expected and didn’t really match the photos online. - There was some sort of ammonia smell in the room. - The shower design leads to a very wet bathroom floor - Parking spaces were very tight due to how busy the lot was. But it was cheap parking!

The rooms are beautifully designed, modern, stylish and individual. You can feel the team's passion in every aspect. Definitely a successful change from the typical large hotel chains... The attention to detail is really noticeable! And: the team (we spoke to Davide and Giacomo) was super-friendly and took the time to chat with us. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we came back to Brescia.

The breakfast was external (because the hotel's breakfast room was not yet finished). Not a problem in itself, but the small team in the (actually super-cool) external restaurant was a bit overwhelmed with the number of guests, so we had to wait a long time for a relatively small breakfast (brioche & coffee or juice).

We had a short but very nice stay at Hotel Battisti 31. Great location right next to the beautiful historic center of Brescia. The rooms are newly refurbished and the whole place has a stylish, modern vibe. Breakfast is simple but decent. There's a small courtyard parking area—very practical if you're coming by car, but be sure to reserve it in advance. There's also a public garage nearby. Big thanks to the staff—friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in Brescia who wants to be close to the city center.

Excellent rooms, recently renewed , so everything works pretty fine. As a plus , hotel has its own parking , something not usual in most of the cities in Europe, and that makes a big positive difference. Davide was great, we had booked just few hours before arrival , he provided all info I requested through Booking platform, and as I could not understand some of them in Italian, he made a great effort to translate to Portuguese and English. And by the arrival, he was very kind, helping us to make our stay the best possible, taking care of all the details . If I come back to Brescia in the future, I will no doubt be again at Battisti 31. The hotel was fantastic, with friendly and welcoming staff. It was very close to the metro station, and our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was great, and overall, it was an excellent stay. Since my flight was quite early in the morning, the staff kindly prepared a tray with a generous breakfast and left it in front of my room. I really appreciated that! Thank you guys 😊

Beautiful boutique hotel with fantastic service. The moment you walk into the hotel, you will notice that they have put efforts to entertain the guests with genuine hospitality, and the decoration and the painting in the hotel is stunning. The location is great, just a few steps to the metro and a nice walking distance to the downtown area. Everything was perfect!

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The hotel rooms were really nice and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

continental breakfast is ok, the room is on the smaller side but there is more than enough space to sleep in as we're out the whole day anyway, all new and very clean, only 7 minutes walk to the center of the old town.

would be better to have breakfast in the same building instead of going across the street, but it's a very minor inconvenience

Gives off an artsy feeling which is nice. Rooms were clean. Room had everything we needed. Parking is available for additional fee of 5€/night which is cheap imo. Quick walk and you are already in the city centre. Good breakfast.

We stayed for one night but for someone staying for more nights you will miss more non-sweet breakfasts. It was fine for me tho. A bit too noisy hallway, but not problematic really.

The hotel is great: the rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable (even the extra bed), the bathroom is big and very modern. Everything is clean and well decorated. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the city center and it was perfect for us also because it had parking available. The staff was also nice and very helpful. We really recomand this hotel and we’ll gladly return here.
