Very good breakfast

Additional $20 for parking, should be included in price (don’t think anyone coming there without a car). Had to pay $22, as there some additional fee. $2 are not making big difference, but if it says $20, it should be 20. Don’t like those hidden fees

The location was great, right off Piedmont Rd close to so many restaurants and things to do. We really liked the room setup with a full kitchen stocked with cookware. When we have a longer stay in Atlanta, we will take advantage of that amenity. The other aspects of the room, bedroom, shower, sitting area were all wonderful.

most hotels have those pitiful squishy pillow that offer no support. I understand the operations choice but those pillows are just terrible. a foam pillow would be much more comfortable, but I realize the maintenance for those would be more involved for health and cleanliness. Also the elevators are creaky things that need some attention; they work fine but are showing their age.

The Staff were amazing, so welcoming, and always happy to help. The facilities were always clean and loved that we had a kitchen in our suite so we had the option to cook meals at the hotel when we wanted. It also wasn't too far to walk or Uber to some of the restaurants and stores in the area, I even saw they were building a new Publix (Grocery Store) only 5 min walk from the Hotel.

I didn't like that they didn't refund the $150 bond I paid on the room when I checked in. Also, a better variety of hot breakfast choices would be a bonus, and PLEASE always have pork gravy on the menu!.

The breakfast was a buffet style with plenty for everyone. The staff were amazing and very attentive to everyone needs. I was shock that guests were actually interacting with each other while sitting down eating breakfast. Overall this is a great suite and I would recommend to others.

I would just like to have someone empty the hall trash more often. The guest uses them frequently and it has the hallway smelling by the elevators. Also, it would be nice if they leave additional towels and rags in the rooms.

Love the kitchenette, that I had a digital key, and that there were 2 TVs in the room. The breakfast was sooo good and the staff in the morning especially the one handling breakfast area was refreshingly friendly and sweet.

Could’ve been a bit updated in the room as far as the walls and carpet. The sofa bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Parking should be free as the hotel as its own parking lot.

Much better breakfast than similar hotels offer. A very wooded environment with big trees. The staff were remarkable, hard working and friendly, from the woman at the front desk and the woman who shepherded the breakfast food . Wine and appetizers in the evening. Really like the two room room, with a couch and kitchen, as well as a king size bedroom. Special features made this a special hotel.

Elevators seemed a little ancient.

Comfort, yes. Romantic, no. Staff members, service, and hospitality were remarkable! Tall William, Shorter William, Roger, Bonnie, and Mario! The breakfast menu - Awesome! Delicious! Cleanliness! Friendly service with a smile! Bonnie definitely deserves tips and/or raise!

Was shocked by daily parking costs! Furniture and bedding could use massive upgrades, especially relative to room costs. More boundaries needed for guests who enter dining area with no shoes! There was only one lady in the back office (name unknown). Not friendly, not welcoming, never acknowledged guests when entering dining area to speak to (or provide directions to Bonnie). Not good representation for Hilton at all!

The staff was very helpful and engaging and the facilities were nice! It seemed very safely located which is why I chose it!

The PAID Parking was unexpected and will cause me not to stay there again! It was also a very tight space to drive in and around.

I liked the location and easy access to shopping.

I didn't like the cost of parking. I expected parking to be free for 2 star hotels. I didn't have shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

It is in such a convenient location. There is so much to do with the whole family and the staff was nothing short of amazing!!

Parking was a little expensive, there is a private parking lot in the back but you have to pay through a mobile parking app that’s almost $40 a night
