Beautiful view, spacious apartment and wonderful location. Kids enjoyed the pool and spa. Appreciated the linen being renewed half way during our stay.

Apartment furniture and kitchen equipment outdated. Would have been nice to have a proper coffee machine and the kettle was gross so I boiled water in a pan for making tea instead. Could do with some extra basic supplies like extra toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, hand soap etc. Cupboards and drawers weren’t clean and the pantry door handle was missing.

Absolutely outstanding location and facilities, rooms were generous size and very well presented.

Only 1 dishwasher tablet & 1 washing machine powder satchet for a 4 days stay, 3 dried out coffee satchets and similar with the sugar. Aside from that, check in was a bit of a pain as the carpark for checking in is in the visitors carpark and it was packed out, there is no onstreet parking, so i needed to park infront of the door while i went inside with my children to check in. Yep, 1st world issues, thats all i could complain about.

My favourite family accommodation in Burleigh. Great location just a stroll to patrolled beach, abundant amount of Cafes within walking distance and some lovely nature walks. 2 Bedroom (#21) on floor 6 was perfect, clean, spacious, sunny and with beautiful views. The reception is extremely helpful, happy and welcoming. The Pool and Spa and surrounding area is clean and in a wonderful spot to catch some sun. Car parking was super easy (note 1.95 height restriction). Loved the views from the gorgeous coastline, Surfers Paradise in the distance and the National Park behind us with Kookaburras etc. Our stay was one of perfection!

We loved this penthouse apartment number 60. It was in the south tower but we still had ocean views! We also appreciated the small things like cling wrap, foil, salt and pepper and other things provided. The kitchen was great. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 5. The 3rd bedroom was small but fine for a single bed. The decor was lovely as well. We had ocean and hinterland views and could watch beautiful sunrises. Pool was lovely. A great place to stay. Walk down the hill to beautiful Burleigh beach and the vibe of the village.

The view is exceptional! It’s properly the most iconic view of Gold Coast. Love the location as well, walking distance to the beach and shops, cafes and good restaurants. Apartment is super spacious. Huge living and dining area. Ensuite with walking wardrobe. It has pool and tennis court and the staff is super friendly and helpful. About 30mins drive to the theme parks, but we don’t mind it at all. It’s great value of money.

The apartment we stayed in was a bit old. Some furniture chipped off. A bit rusted door handles etc. It would be great if some renovation work is done.

Location - near beach and town, Pool, Spacious apartment and great views of ocean.

Would have liked more towels (or replacements every other day), and we expected plenty of toilet paper and extras like bathroom products but this wasn't the case. Curtains in lounge were falling off rail and the outdoor lounger and table were rusted/unusable. Overall, for the price we paid we expected more than what we actually got.

The location is beautiful as always and the staff were amazingly helpful with restaurant recommendations.

We always pay the extra to get the nicer ocean views and "superior" apartment. We were in a low apartment (2nd floor!) though with only a few glimpses through trees and I can't help but feel it's because we had made the booking through this site. It was made really really clear to us that we should have booked directly through them otherwise our money goes off shore. The apartment was beautiful though.

The unit has been nicely renovated and is very spacious. The location is great and near everything. Transport is close by and the view is incredible!

The bed in the main bedroom was way too small. It seemed like it was only a double bed (we are not big people). There is only air con in the lounge room and not the bedrooms and the windows are small. The bedrooms will be extremely hot in summer.

Loved the view of beach and ocean from the North tower 13th floor. Large apartment with well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage room. New appliances in our unit. Unit was quiet. Pool was great for days when the beach was super windy.

Would have preferred more room on the balcony as only had 2 chairs. Airconditioning unit took up some of the space.

Comfort and location was great. We were close to the bus stop and shops. It was really nice to get a voucher to use at the Surf Club. Staff member was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Half the apartment was renovated and the other half had not been. Wasn't a bad thing but it would have been nice to have a completed apartment.
