It’s just such a perfect location for us as we have a yacht in Puerta Portals. We don’t get to stay at the hotel for that reason but if we are having maintenance done we make the most of it. Our family stays at the Hotel regularly and they love it!

The only tiny complaint I have is that the snacks in the mini bar are not replenished daily. Even after the waiter came to my room and saw what was missing he didn’t come back to replace them. As my granddaughter was staying that was particularly important! They were not replenished for the whole stay. This happened last time too. We didn’t have any of the drinks but the children like the snacks

An absolutely stunning and luxurious hotel – truly a dream vacation! Everything was perfect! What made our stay truly unforgettable was the incredibly warm and attentive staff. You rarely meet people who are so genuinely kind and go out of their way to make guests – including the little ones – feel special. Our little one was especially excited every day to greet his ‘Police officer’ from the SOS staff by the pool– such a great man from the team! He also had many favourite people in the restaurant, where everyone was so friendly and caring. The whole atmosphere was full of love, warmth, and positive energy. Even the other guests were exceptionally kind. It felt like a little paradise – we didn’t want to leave! 💕🌸

The whole experience was excellent and there is very little to add to the above answers. Just one thing - we were waiting to check on the hotel terrace when we noticed new construction work being carried out next door to the hotel. The staff tried to place us in that part of the hotel nearest to the works and we refused. The staff were excellent with their response and placed us on the other side of the hotel.

The territory is spectacular! The gardens and lands are kept in immaculate condition. Their kitchen garden fills the air with wonderful aromas of herbs and lavender. The views from the terrace and balconies are breathtaking. We loved the attention and enthusiasm of every member of personnel. Our special appreciation goes to Javier from the Terra restaurant, The food in all the restaurants in the hotel is of the highest quality and taste! We’re looking forward to coming back soon because it’s been one of the best hotel experiences in our life! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the service is top notch, the breakfast buffet is abundant and versatile!

St. Regis was all about comfort to me! Loved the location of the hotel (closest to Palma), the nearby beaches are stunning and, the whole property is beautiful. - The room was spacious with very comfortable beds. - The food was exceptionally good > the breakfast with options for everyone. - The design of this property is beautiful yet not overwhelming. Tastefully decorated! - The butler services was great and useful! - The location was perfect if you wanted to explore Palma and nearby towns. Yet again, what made the stay perfect was the staff in reception and concierge team who made all my requests possible.

Impressive property with beautiful views and easy access to local areas. Their manager Paloma was generously hospitable and extremely kind enough to make our stay perfect. I would describe her as tinkerbell!!

service especially on Pool or in restaurant is bad - takes very long. orders are easily forgotten and just nothing comparable to 5* plus in Dubai. no Netflix or YouTube in tv.

Majestic and comfortable hotel. Huge rooms with top-quality linens, towels, beds. Astonishing breakfast. Don't miss the free Spa facilities!
