The hotel is in short walking distance from the train station. Also, within easy reach of the main attractions in Verona. Our room was very comfortable with excellent amenities. Tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary bottles of water in the room. Good breakfast selection. Friendly and helpful reception staff, and facility to store our luggage after we'd checked out. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Verona.

The room had a number of touch screen devices for things such as turning on lights and opening the blinds etc. It took a bit of trial and error to work out, so it would have been useful to come with instructions!

Great location, away from the crowds of the old town but close enough to get there in about 10mins walking. Founded in the 70´s, still preserves some styles from that decade which I found quite interesting as a way to go back in time testify those little details of how luxury looked like back in those days. Breakfast with enough variety to have you satisfied in the morning. Quite silent at night to allow you a good rest. Plenty of restaurants around in case you don't want to go too far for a meal. Easy and spacious parking place is available just around the corner, provided by the hotel, even though at an extra charge.

Small detail, but breakfast is served in a room in the basement. Would be great to be in a place with daily light like in the bar area close to the reception, in the ground floor.

Lovely room: comfortable, clean, great size, generous storage space. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Lovely breakfast.

Room was too hot and staff explained that they can only turn air conditioning on after a certain date (end of April or early May) - this is somehow understandable, but at least some electric fans should have been available upon request! Certain 'amenities' were not working (bathtub jacuzzi, room telephone, hair dryer). Lastly, the room was very noisy! Despite being on the 4th floor, we could hear the constant stream of traffic and loud people talking at all sorts of times in the middle of the night.

The breakfast was rich and nutritious, well-tasting and fresh. Verona is a wonderful destination. The arena from Roman times has been in use for soon 2000 years, previously for cruel and murderous games, today for magical opera. Remember, culture and barbarism go together. The river that runs around the old town is emerald in color and swift in movement, almost sparkling. It is cold water from the alps, and without sharks. The staff at the Firenze hotel was friendly, forthcoming, and professional.

Location to the train station and also a short walk to the centre. It is a perfect location for travellers. the facilities are excellent and the room also. The motorised screens for the windows do a great job of keeping the room cool. Breakfast was good. We did not eat at the hotel for lunch or dinner, but the bar snacks - crisps and olives were v good as was the staff member who served us

maybe the loud noise in corridors of other patrons however this was not really a great problem as it was v quiet after 9pm.

The property was central for all amenities. The staff could do enough for you. We arrived really early and was willing to leave our luggage and go out, however the receptionist checked our room and it was ready and gave us early access. They recommended several restaurants for us to try. None of them disappointed either and was excellent value for money.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like however I did ask for a room with a balcony if possible and maybe a little gesture as it was for our silver wedding anniversary. THIS DID NOT SPOIL OUR HOLIDAY IN ANY WAY!

Hotel has an excellent location not very far from city centre and railway station; located on a main street leading directly to Arena Of Verona. Hotel has good breakfast- not changing day by day but you may find several options so for sure will not stay hungry. Rooms are very spacious especially for European hotels.

Couldn’t figure out the AC/heater while not being too cold it still felt a bit cool at night so had to use extra blankets. Not critical but fact of life for staying in early spring

The room set up was really cute and old fashioned which I loved! The location was great. Within walking distance to both the train station and Arena/ Piazza Brà. The staff let us check in a little earlier too which was great. There are many stores/supermakrets on the same street as well. There were also lots of tea and coffee options in the room too.

The bathtub did not have a stopper so it could not be used which was a little disappointing. And the light next to the bed did not switch off at all which disturbed my sleep a little.

Classic international breakfast with eggs, bacon, bread, tomatoes... and also sweet with handmade cakes and classical industrial sweets. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel give you the possibility, to park the car in the garage, with some Euro's per day, this is good but only because in front of the hotel, the local government has deleted the possibility to park in front of it for free. But it's not a problem caused from the hotel itself, instead, they are able to drive you in the better public park way.
