This hotel is a real bargain. Right on the hwy facing the beach and near all the downtown restaurants and shops. I always stay here when in the area.

The south side of the hotel doesn't really have a view of anything other than the hotel across the street. Always stay on the north side if the view is important to you.

Location, location. Across the street from the beach. 2 blocks to the pier or 2 blocks to their main street. Parking was not free but was monitored by staff 24-7. There's also front office staff at all times, friendly, always greets us.

Older inn, remodeled, still some construction and smell but over all well worth the location and lesser rate than other hotels at Huntington beach. Great ocean view for the king suite.

Second time there this season. Great location and the hotel itself is quiet. Only 4 streets away from Huntington Pier and Main Street where great restaurants and small bars are. View of the Ocean, even if partly blocked by an residence on the beach. Only separated from the beach by Pacific Coast Highway. Can be busy, but the windows are plyed enough to block out the traffic noise. For the money paid, which I booked online at a fair price, you can't beat the location and service. If you want Luxury, then go a few streets away and pay 3-5 times as much. Inside parking with cameras available for 15 dollars, drive in and out as much as you like. Beats the parking prices for a longer stay on the streets. Will definitely come here again.

Been here before, so I knew what I was getting, no complaints.

not sure why they were updating the system at check in time we got there at 3 some yelled to us from behind a screen door as we were walking in that they were updating there system and it will be a little while ! we were not even in the door yet then we go in and nobody to talk to face to face with for a good 15-20 minutes . they were also do some renovation construction on the floor above us which i thought should of been disclosed upon booking as i only booked prior to stay and seems they would have known that they would have construction going on so i could of decided if i want to deal with that not just when you are checked in let you know.

Excellent location and great view over PCH to the Pacific ocean if you get an ocean view room on the second or third floor. It is right next to the highway but dont be put off as they've done a great job with the doors and its super quiet with them shut. You are about 75 meters from the beach and 2 blocks from Huntington Beach main street

Great location, right across the street from the beach, and just a few blocks away from restaurants and shops.

When we checked in the key to our room didn't work and we tried to other sets that also didn't work. We were told that a tech would be there the next day to correct the problem. The tech never made it and we had to have staff unlock our room every time we needed to get in. We didn't get a working key until the last day of our stay.

The cleanliness and newly remodeled rooms were nice. The location across the street from the beach in a nice safe neighborhood surrounded by endless restaurants with plenty of parking and having a CVS within a 5 minute walk is convenient. Gas station near by with good gas prices. Not a huge difference in price from hotels located 10 to 20 minutes away that you would have to drive to get to the beach from. The convenience of just walking to your room vs driving. Safe parking garage and well lit. Nice staff.

I don't like that they charge $15 additional dollars to park at the hotel you're staying at. $5 guest parking would be more reasonable. The fact that you're staying there and giving them your business only to be charged an additional cost is a bit weird. I've never been to a hotel that charges it's guest to park where you're staying. Other than that it's a great place to stay.

My room was great and my view was perfect.

Noise is an issue...I could hear people walking and talking in the hallway outside my door like they were inside the room with me...

Location was fantastic, across from the beach , a short walk to the all restaurants near , and one of the best bars in Huntington,Baja sharkee if you have time I recommend it .

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Location is awesome. Right across the street from the beach and a two minute walk to the pier and downtown.

I still think the value was very good for the location and the room, one thing I would like to see them do is mention that they are only giving bag breakfast to go and that they have to pay for parking.
