As my first experience in an all inclusive hotel I found the stay wonderful by all measures. The facilities were second to none especially in Egypt, the room was great, the food is incredible with huge variety. However what tops it all off and the main reason I decided to write this review were the staff; the staff service is the best I have experienced globally. Most of the staff were locals and were treating the guests like friends and family it was very friendly and warm and nearly all staff went out of their way to add to the guest experience. Names that come to mind are Ibrahim from reception and Wael from the Roof restaurant among many others.

No Spa or Gym in the hotel yet (still under construction) and the provided alternative Spa/Gym are not up the standards of the hotel.

Everything was the top of the top Resort 10/10 Location 10/10 Staff 10/10

My three children got food poisoning, so that is less for such a resort and the price we paid. this is definitely something to work on

Our first 5* hotel in our lives. What a way to enter this world than with Serry Beach Resort? I assure you, we were just like you, wondering if this place was worth all the hype it meets on social medias. We weren’t disappointed and I will even say, it exceeded the heights we were hoping for. A special thanks to Emad who never failed to smile once when I looked at him, and to Sara also. She was our French referent here and our candle in the dark when we felt confused or overwhelmed at times by the scale of this hotel. I’m not used to say this because I happen to enjoy traveling a lot and above all discover new places, but if I had to chose only one place I had to go back in my life, it would be there.

Amazing service. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful always going the extra mile. The staff are great at getting to know you and customising your experience. Good was amazing plenty to choose from. Room was lovely and so was pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel definitely worth the money.

Nothing that a didn’t like but a couple improvements would be good. - WiFi was off and on -WiFi coverage could be improved -longer tour on arrival and more information -more water provided in room would be good - had a wee problem with a group of teenagers playing music out a portable speaker by the pool. Disrupting everyone peace. So maybe staff need to be a bit more disciplined and not always so nice.

A few staff are not properly trained, very slow and rather rude at times however attitude seems to vary based on guest’s race. had multiple hiccups but thankfully management dealt with them all very well

The hotel is completely new and some parts were not yet finished. It is a very unique concept and worth the money. The buffet offers fresh food every day, local and from all around the world. The staff was truly amazing. The restaurant and/or pool manager checked in on me daily and made sure I’m satisfied at all times. The reception team was always ready to go above and beyond which was really exceptional. Especially the concierge Hasan who literally saved the vacation for me and my son! I forgot my wallet back at home and wasn’t able to withdraw the needed cash to pay for our visa. Therefore we were not allowed to enter the country and were stuck at the airport. Hasan called our driver back to the hotel to pick up Hasans own money and organised someone at the airport who could handle everything for us with customs. Just amazing! Thanks again Hasan! The hotel deserves easily 10/10, even if it isn’t finished yet! I will definitely come back!

They could ad some more information in the infotainment system, like a map of the resort and a weekly program.

Authentic, calm and beautiful

I stayed 4 days. I liked the resort, very modern, clean and had everything that I needed inside.

"I didn’t like the staff. No one seemed to know how to speak English. They didn’t know how to behave or treat customers properly. When you ask them something, they speak to each other in their language and then start leading you around. They make fun of you whenever you ask them for help. At the beach, everyone is quiet, even the kids but they stay together and constantly yell at each other."

Service, equipment & food are really really good. The hotel is expensive but it’s a high level service and hotel. As frequent travelled in Egypt, Serry beach resort is one of the best The team are really welcoming and especially Sarah who is very caring and professional, she made my week even more good with all the little attentions she made !! Thanks Sarah! The food is really good!!

The Spa and fitness from are still not opened, you can go to the hotel just in front of Serry but the service and level are really not the same as Serry beach.

The waiters, barmen and the butlers are super helpful and friendly...the night receptionist was super amazing when we arrived.

The afternoon receptionist, not so great. But maybe because we are black, there was zero sense of urgency. And having to queue for food, even fruits is a no no when holiday. Prepare food and let guests feast🙏🏾
