We had a great time.Breakfast was good and offers options. Location to the old town is around 30 min by walking or you can use tram number 4 or 9 which arw down the street. The roomwas very clean and quiet. We had a great time. From station Petrzalka, you can take a train to Vienna or Parndorf.

I asked 2 times about the Ayurvedic massages that are mentioned on the booking website. Although the space for the massage is part of the hotel itself, The reception is not informed and could not help me with the pricing, or the duration of the massage, they gave me a flyer instead(which was not helpful) Even when i wanted to ask for this directly, the staff that was responsible for this was not present around 10-11 in the morning, so i could not make a reservation. I think reception should be informed of this, since it's a facility that is part of the hotel, and they should know the prices, or have the prices on the flyer.

We booked a double bed apartment and when we arrived it was a twin bed. we asked at the reception to solve our problem and after some discussions, Ivan was kind enough and immediately changed us to a large and beautiful double bed apartment. everything was clean, nicely arranged and we had 2 tvs, water, tea, coffee, coffee and tea maker, plus sweets in the room. we had a large dressing room where all our clothes fit well which was great. the view from the terrace was superb and we loved hearing the birds in the morning. we had access to the terrace from both the balcony and the living room. we had all the necessities, Wi-fi worked very well, we had hot water and many kinds of shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. At the reception you could serve yourself with free coffee and water which we was great on our arriving. At breakfast the food was varied and very good, you really had something to choose from if you are vegan or vegetarian. there was always someone taking care of the service and at the entrance you were greeted with a glass of champagne. overall we felt very good and we would gladly return to this place anytime. thank you very much.

The hotel is on the hill so if you are too tired it may take a little effort to arrive there, and the parking lot is a little far away, but since it is located right on the hill, there is not much you can do otherwise. You have a little walk to do until you reach the hotel with your luggage.

We stayed here once night as we were biking the Eurovelo 6 along the Danube river. This place is an excellent place to stay for bikers. There is a great place to store your bike and the location is very good - close to te center of town, close to the bridge over the river and close to the eurovelo path. It is excellent value for money.

The gentleman that checked us in seemed a bit rough around the edges, but that may be a cultural gap between westerners and the eastern european sense of service. In any event, the stay was more than pleasant.

This hotel is a little off the beaten path in a nice quiet residential area. However, there is a streetcar from the old town (number 9) that is easy to take at the stop at the bottom of the hill to town and back. The hotel is on the hill above the Danube River and from the dining room there are nice views of the river. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast (which was only 10 euros) was very substantial with many choices for a warm or cold breakfast. The wait staff were very friendly and accommodating. There isn't air conditioning at the hotel, so if it is very warm, you will need to sleep with the window open.

It was very hot at this time in Bratislava. Since there was no air conditioning, a small room fan would have been helpful. We did not ask for one, so perhaps there was something available for guests. We simply kept the door/window open.

This hotel was built as a "zotavovňa" i.e. a worker's holiday home belonging to ROH, the communist trade union movement, but there has been much renovation which has turned the place into a modern hotel. Don't expect luxury, but I can say my room (single standart) was spacious and very clean, there was a small refrigerator, good wifi connection and a big balcony with chairs and a table. The breakfast was very good, too. Location...the hotel is located in a very quiet wealthy-suburb-style area but only a few minutes tram or bus ride from the city center, and you can buy your travel tickets from a yellow machine at the stop. Just check a map before you go, then you won't have problems to find the hotel, but the uphill walk from the tram/bus stop can be quite exhausting, so if it is hot, bring some cold Slovak beer to enjoy on the balcony after arrival :-)

Check-out time 10 AM!! I know this is very common in both Slovak and Czech hotels but it is really not up to modern hotel standard!! And the price...you can get a similar hotel room for less in the city center (but here you get it without traffic noise, so if you just want to sleep and relax, choose this place!)

Big room with balcony, quality equipment, many closets, fridge, good shower, 30€ per staying for a air-conditioned room, which is very much needed, free parking, tram 5 min from a hotel, beautiful walking&cycling zone near Danube river toward cit center, very good breakfast, welcome drink (a champagne) for a new arivals :)

Loud air-condition, so you better run it full for some time before sleeping and then turn it off. Hallway extremelly hot, but nice in a beakfast area and reception lobby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee in the hotel lobby! The rooms have a lot of storage space and are clean. The balcony is also nice for the evenings and in the morning. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, lots of choice and tasty food. I forgot my toiletry bag when I left and it is returned. The staff was very helpful with this. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town so you can have a nice walk along the Danube in the evening. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Close to the city centre - walkable in about 30 mins next to the river, or only a couple of minutes to the nearest bus and tram stops that will take you in with frequent services. Rooms are very clean. Nice and warm. Reception staff are friendly. Good value for money.

Rooms could do with more plug sockets - My room only had one in the far corner. Some noise from the corridors if people are talking but not too bad.

The price was good. They provided free parking. The breakfast was good, although the cake and sweets were not fresh.

- I think the hotel is not suitable for the handicapped because, although they have an elevator, they also have half floors. - There was no ventilation system for cooling, so the room was warm, and we had to sleep with the door open. - We arrived at 20:00, and the staff were extremely slow, taking 15 minutes to check in two people. However, the check-out process was fast.

Nice quiet environment, very large and comfortable reception area, easy access to the city centre and the old part of the centre. The staff were very friendly and professional, the hotel was very clean and well maintained, this included the surrounding garden areas. Easy access to the train to Vienna.
