The owners/managers know us by now, and put us in the same room most times if it is available. Love the fact that they now have big coffee cups to use~ much better than the small ones that used to be there.

The tiles in the shower are very slippery ~ really an accident ready to happen. I put a towel down in the shower so that I didn’t slip.

Reception staff was friendly and very helpful. Tthe room was comfortable and clean, air conditioned and, surprisingly, very well insulated against noise. There was a band playing in the pub courtyard next door and we couldn't hear it. The venue also has a washing machine and drier for guests.

The place is run down and looks terrible from the outside but don't let that fool you. We felt safe and secure, other guests were friendly too, and the room was acceptable.

Great little Budget Motel. Super friendly and helpful receptionist, the location was perfect for us and no street noise at all. Beds were extremey comfortable, shower clean with great pressure. The carpet did need a vac but hey I have no complaints as the price was right. I would definitely stay again.

The staff and housekeeping are exceptional. I felt safe and comfortable. Friendly, helpful and caring. I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs rest and comfort.

No fault of the motel but the mains went out in town so no water but they let us shower in another block of rooms catering for the kids.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Always smiling.

It is very close to the railway lines but for the cleanliness, friendliness, location to the city and price, it definitely lived up to it's name of the Budget Hotel. I was very impressed with everything except the tooting of the horns of the train - when you're not used to them they are quite loud and unexpected but all up, nothing to complain about.

Budget accommodation that suited our needs. Room was tidy and clean. Located 10 metre walk to Commercial Hotel. Some parts (front door) were tired but did not affect our stay. Microwave and fridge added to convenience. Hot shower with great water pressure. Would recommend for someone on a budget needing to stay close to this location.

The TV was very small but good reception with a good choice of local channels.

Loved the location it was close to everything we wanted to go to. Love that the Motel meets my BUDGET. Love the Customer Service as she is always engagingly friendly and accommodating.

If I didn't like this Motel, I wouldn't come back. I missed out booking this place and had to go to another😒

Clean, neat and tidy room. Clean bathroom. Comfy bed.

Proximity to the train line, was a little noisy at times. Not the best shower rose, and hard to turn the shower on without getting soaked by cold water first.
