Rooms are very big and comfortable, everything is works fine, we stay there for 6 days by business trip. Worm and cozy.

We didn't like that the walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors talking. We usually travel a lot and I always carry bleach with me in case the shower is dirty, this time it was the same, I had to clean it myself, I would just ask the hotel management to take better care of the showers, Thanks

The hotel was really quiet. The hotel offered convenient and secure parking. There were plenty of spaces available. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to Niagara Falls state park, outlets and restaurants.

Unfortunately, the staff I encountered were not very welcoming. They seemed disinterested in assisting. While the hotel was generally clean, I noticed a few areas that could have been better maintained.

Had a restful 2 nights there. I did leave $100 bill as 'incident' protection but did not get the deposit back. Any way I can be reimbursed? I forgot about it. but was in the parking lot for at least 20 minutes packing my bicycle with gear and noone seemed to be available to give me the cash c-note back.

The staff was very polite and quick to respond. Our original room had an issue with the door latching properly, but they very quickly moved us to a new room so we could unpack and ensured our stay was wonderful.

Delan that checked us in, was extremely kind, & professional. His hospitality was exceptional, the room was very comfortable and clean, especially after such a long drive for my daughter's cheerleading competition I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Great value and location for what we needed

Elevator had issues while we were there, had to take stairs a few times.. not a big deal

The Breakfast was like any other hotel that offers free breakfast. It was fair! The workers were friendly and nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. They have mini-fridges in the room as well as a microwave which is always convenient.

Everything was good except when it snowed we could not get out of their parking lot for hours because they had to wait for a plow and I feel like they should have one of their own. They were kind enough to let us use the room for an extra few hours at no additional charge. It was very frustrating, to say the least. You have to be able to get your parking lot cleaned for your guests in a timely manner. The main roads were cleaned but we could not get out of their lot.

A bit of a last minute trip with the family. Room was very spacious and clean. Always a benefit to have breakfast included (standard continental buffet with some good waffles and coffee)

The room is big, clean, quite, and staff is helpful and friendly. Not very close to the airport but acceptable.

Nothing really, just this was my first time traveling in the U.S., so I didn't know usually hotels don't provide hair dryer in the room. I had to let my hair dry by thyself for 3 hours...
