I had a fantastic stay at the Hollywood Hotel Sarajevo in early October! The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a cozy and relaxing space to unwind. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day perfectly—from fresh pastries to local specialties, catering to every taste. The hotel's location couldn’t have been more convenient; a well-equipped mall was just a stone's throw away, making it easy to pick up anything I needed. Plus, the city center was easily accessible via the highway, taking less than 15 minutes to reach all the sights. Truly a top choice for comfort, convenience, and accessibility in Sarajevo!

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay at the Hollywood Hotel Sarajevo was a faint smell that occasionally reached the rooms at the rear. It seemed to be related either to the condition of the nearby Željeznica River or possibly the hotel’s plumbing—I’m not entirely sure. However, this was a small detail and didn’t detract from the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay.

Room was clean and well organized. Location was perfect

One of the waiter who served me and my family seems a bit lazy. We reserved a table for 4 pepole and when we were at the restaurant our table was busy. We told him 2 times to come and clean the table. If I’m not wrong, I did not get the meal I ordered. I say this because I did not payed the ammount I calculated from the menu and he forget to give back the change. The other waiters except this one were polite and helpfull.

Since this hotel is loved by the loacals, you can feel true Bosnia, in a good way

First of all, if you been lured to choose this hotel, because of an amazingly looking pool in a photos, bare in mind that this is a hotel near the water park, you should pay the regular admission. As we understood, staying here on weekends could be a nightmare, if you are not a fan of Balkan dances till midnight, or fighting for a parking lot, because it seems, that this place is very popular for weddings celebration.

The worst things about this hotel that they are insist to keep the passports with them all the time Till departure which is not acceptable by any means The second issue check-in time is 2 o’clock although we have come 1:30 pm They have not allowed us to check in and there was a long queue everybody just waiting to check in although the rooms are ready and cleaned so it took us almost 45 minutes to check in .

Was convinience to us, because our business partner company located nearby and our usual dinner place 5 mins far. We prefer new built section more than old one. The room itslef was clean. Forgotten stuff was sent to pointed address within one day.

Breakfast could have more options to have. Not wide options to choose.

For a short stay it was perfect. In the first room we got there were some bed bugs, but it was quickly sorted out and we got a second bigger room. Staff sorted this out very quickly so we were still satisfied. SPA was included in our stay and it was nice to be free of charge.

As I saw some bed bugs in the first room, i think it could have been inspected a bit more before being handed out to guests.

It was great location, a great offer for the money and in close proximity to tram and bus station. Offer at the breakfast is awesome.

Rooms were not clean and we asked at the reception to clean them (they did immediately) we assume that this is due to high rotation of guests in hotel. The room was very hot also as air condidtioning was probably not working.

The property was a good value for many. Our room was clean and spacious enough for family with two children. Reach breakfast and tasty dinner. There is a tram station close to the hotel ( 4 min walk) which takes you directly to the city centre to Baščarčija. The staff is polite and willing to help. There is a big secured parking space in front of the hotel. Perfect!

The room was great, large and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of choice and very tasty. The hotel location is across the indoor swimming pools (Thermal Riviera) but the hotel also has an pool inside the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel

Due to large volume of people during the morning breakfast the waiters can not clean all the tables on time.
