Oatmeal & toppings very good, as were the waffles and scrambled eggs. Of the 4 mornings we were they only had bacon once & when ran low about an hour after breakfast began, sausage was then served. Multiple items to choose from. Did not leave hungry.

Butter was refrigerated and very hard to melt on toast, bagels or waffles. Did not like the egg whites with peppers as a egg dish.

The room was updated and comfortable. The person who checked us in was wonderful! She found that our room was ready, so she allowed us to check in early! She gave a thorough overview of the amenities and was so friendly and welcoming!

The breakfast was just OK, but we are always grateful to be offered a continental breakfast with a room reservation.

Very easy to get to, clean & staff was very friendly. We arrived late in the evening and staff was there to help us get checked in.

I can't say that I didn't like anything. Our visit was very short as we were passing through the cities on our way to Wisconsin.

The room was bigger than others. Very easy to get around to where we needed to go.

The room smelled of fresh paint though it wasn't over powering.

We stayed in a suite that was very roomy and extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too and we ended staying a second night. The breakfast was delicious as well.

The bar sink had a drain plug that was dirty and it was really gross down in the drain. I used this sink and mirror getting ready and was a little difficult to not see.

It was clean. Beds were comfortable.

They put a $40 charge on our bill that they did not tell me they were doing. I had to question them about why and what is was for. They did explain it would be refunded in 5 business days. So hopefully that will happen.

The breakfasts were very good. There were lots of choices for food. We liked the availability of the all day coffee pots and water. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We loved the layout of the room.

I didn't like the fact that you automatically added $20/ day for extras. I think that should be added as guests buy extras. I didn't like the fact that you had to request to have the room cleaned the night before. The one time I asked that they change our bed, it wasn't done and I had to ask again. They had the wrong fitted sheet on our bed and it kept coming off when we slept. The day I asked for the change, they came and gave us new towels but didn't do the bed, give us any soap or shampoo and didn't empty the wastepaper basket. We were there 6 days and I only asked for the change once. During the week I emptied our wastepaper baskets by myself in a trash can outside the hotel door.

The breakfast was so so but grateful that there was one.

There's was some wear and tear in the bathroom, especially the caulking but other than that, it was a beautiful room.

Location was good. The breakfast was good.

We thought we had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and handicap accessible but when we got there it was a king bed and pull out couch. our daughter ended up paying for a separate room. Even though we were in a handicap room, there were absolutely zero safety bars around the toilet, only in the shower. very disappointed that it really wasn’t handicap accessible and also our daughter had to pay over $100 for an extra room.

i had trouble with the wifi and the front desk tried to fix it,the breakfast was okay,just the same as everywhere else,all pre packaged which is not my favorite.
