Great value and location — would definitely recommend! We had a great stay at this hotel. The Wi-Fi was excellent, the check-in process was smooth, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but had all the essentials — eggs, meats, juice, yogurt, milk, cereal, coffee, tea, and fruit. A good start to the day! The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the French Quarter, which makes it super convenient while still being in a quieter area. Housekeeping is done every other day, but if you need anything in the meantime, just call the front desk and they’ll bring it right up — very responsive service! A small downside: the neighborhood is very quiet at night during the week, with empty streets early in the evening. While it felt safe, I wouldn’t recommend walking around late on weeknights. From Friday on, though, the area becomes much livelier and more active near the hotel. The only real issue we had was the first night — we were given a room with broken blinds. When I asked to change rooms, the front desk agent was not very friendly and told us a technician would fix it the next day. After a long flight, I insisted on a new room, and they did eventually accommodate us. Despite that, I would 100% recommend this hotel for the price, quality, and location.

All the staff from the front desk to the breakfast area to the bartender Shawn were VERY accommodating and hospitable. Breakfast was great to get your day started, a lot of choices. Rooms were clean, tidy and orderly. Could not have asked for a better experience, especially with this being my first visit to New Orleans.

Just a couple of things I would say was not pleasing, the dampness in the room from the humidity, made the floors a little slippery in certain spots of the room and the accent chair was questionable with some stains on both sides of the cushion.

The area didn't seem the safest, but luckily we didn't have any problems, even though we walked a lot. The accommodation is perfect for a few nights, the staff are very nice, the rooftop bar is great and they make delicious cocktails.

Typical American breakfast, don't expect anything extra like vegetables, cheese, sliced meats. It was more of a pre-packaged food for breakfast. They keep the lobby area very cool, you could definitely use a sweater for breakfast. I am very sorry that everything here is disposable (plates, silverware, glasses, even in the roof bar).

Breakfast was great, as far as variety was concerned. Breakfast staff were super attentive and ensure that every item was restocked before* it ran out and kept the area clean. I was very happy with the breakfast items I did get to partake of.

Breakfast hours were communicated for the weekend only, (which is when we arrived) but we did miss Mondays breakfast as it ended an hour earlier than the weekend duration and we were uninformed of that handy bit of info.

The hotel is nice and clean. The doorman/valet is wonderful! All employees are very nice and helpful. We walked a block to get to the trolly stop. Using the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority App (Norta.com app) was extremely convenient and economical. We parked our car and did not move it until it was time to go home.

Our window view was the roofop of a next door debilitating hotel with weeds growing. The television remote did not work well. It was extremely difficult to change tv channels (extremely slow to respond) even after changing batteries. There is a $20 EXTRA fee per day on top of the REGULAR PARKING FEE for valet parking. Unless you are driving your car throughout your visit, save your extra $20 per day for valet parking & retrieving your car. The location is near the underpass for Interstate 10 with sad views of homeless and their belongings.

The room was very nice and loved the view to see the area. Staff was very nice. Made it very easy for Ubers to get to us. Loved the Valet parking gentlemen opening and closing the door for our Uber drivers.

Would have loved breakfast hours to be the same all week. We missed breakfast everyday and when we though we were in time to get it, the hours were different and closed earlier so we went to Ruby Slipper. Also, wish we were prepared for the deposit although we prepaid for our rooms.

My wife and I did like the view on the 10th floor with those giant glass windows, which makes it very breathtaking at night by just looking outside the windows.

Although the room appeared to look clean but there was some sort of odor, it could have been coming through the condenser A/C unit, due to condenser not being cleaned or a dirty A/C filter. Bed sheets and pillows cases were dirty with blood stain and other stains.

Comfortable beds, shower, kitchen, friendly service

Parking situation- we had to check in with no where to park at first. Then we were directed to park across the street a block up. No communication with parking payment. We were charged $20 to park on hotel bill plus we paid at the lot. There was supposedly a valet but didn't see it plus no communication about it. I did get the parking fee removed from my bill The door to the bathroom was not working well. Very difficult to adjust and close door for privacy. The bathroom faucet made noise when opening and closing. Didn't adjust with ease. Snack prices in lobby were very expensive.

The property was good

The cleaning staff wasn’t the best. On both cleaning days there was no replacement of hand towels and wash clothes. Had to request on both occasions. The first nite a request for blankets not honored. The desk stated the laundry was closed. The request was made approx 7:30 in the evening.

The room was big and had a kitchen area. Great big bathroom and shower great. Bed comfortable. Nice decor and modern. Great bar area in reception.

No parking on site. Had to pay extra, but I suppose this is normal for city. DIY breakfast had good selection but not keen on paper plates and plastic knives and forks. Not good for environment. 10—15 mins walk to French Quarter.
