Wonderful location and a beautiful building in a great part of town - 20 mins walk from Riverfront, French Quarter etc Penthouse apt has huge balcony plus loads living space inside.

Urgent need for parasols for the balcony. Maybe overdue some maintenance. Both sets of patio doors in the lounge were out of order, meaning balcony could only be accessed via doors in the bedrooms. A few of the small bedside lights didn’t work.

The quality and size of the rooms

We were very disappointed that one of the two rooms we booked was not available for us to use on the first night. No real explanation from the host as to why this night was cancelled. Because the two rooms had the same key code and the host cancelled this key code, we had to wait several hours to be given a new key code for the one room we had booked. So far no refund has been offered for the cancelled night

The property was spacious, clean, and the hosts seemed to anticipate traveler's needs very well. The beds and sofa were comfortable. Everything was clean. And the information provided before arrival was comprehensive.

The beds were advertised incorrectly. When asked, the property disagreed. i reported this through Booking.com's customer service but that was also unhelpful. If we had known the actual disparity between the beds, we would have been prepared and made different arrangements. One room had a King sized bed, and another had a full-sized bed (smaller than a Queen). We were 4 guests and due to the small size of the bed, one guest had to sleep on the sofa-bed which was not as comfortable as a regular bed.

We liked everything about the property, from the location to the design of the apartment and the amenities. Well stocked with kitchen stuff and towels etc. as well. Comfortable beds and very spacious.

We did not like that there was no physical staff visible and check in and check out had to be done either on your own or with a virtual concierge. As there was a tornado warning for one day of our stay we felt a bit unsure as there was no support to tell us what to do in case of emergency. There were some hick-ups with door codes etc but the support team was available by phone eventually. This would all not happen if there was a real person there as a concierge.

Very spacious. Liked the way the kitchen was arranged. Patio was nice, but didn't use it because it was too hot. Liked shower controls.

The living room side chairs were VERY uncomfortable. There wasn't any shampoo in bathroom #2. Hard to use the t.v., need to have directions. And the standing shower should have grab bars. (The tlle floor was very slippery when wet.) Needed additional bath towels, dish towels/cloths, measuring spoons/cups, ice trays. No hot water in kitchen.

Location. Very spacious. Easy to get tp and paper towel refills and such.

Too hot for us, and not allowed to make it lower than 68. No cutting board or kitchen towels. No light by bedside in one space in 311 - appears to have been broken off. Advertised as all having king-sized beds, but not all were. Not very sound proof as we could hear other conversations from condos not in our group.

Location was great; Apartment was great!

There were no dish towels or dishcloths. On our 3rd night we had 2 visitors (mice) come out of the room between the front bedroom and bathroom. They scurried around the living room during the night. It only startled us initially. We are a pretty chill family. I did report it to the number I was provided.

The location was a few blocks from Canal St and the French Quarter. The Luzianne Cafe was next door and very good.

It would have been nice if there was cable TV and not just streaming. The showers needed grab bars. The shower floor could have used some Tilex, but other than that the place was very clean.

The space itself was a perfect combination of sleek and comfortable. The distance between the bedroom to the living room created a nice privacy from the kids on the pullout sofa :)

A couple fixtures were broken such as a nightstand light plus a torn pillow which is no big deal but makes one concerned about being charged for the damage we didn't create.

The location for going to Eras tour at Super dome was 10/10. Could walk everywhere. It was awesome.

Communication about unit was lacking. Not enough to ruin our stay but it was a bit disorganized, we chalked it up to being a very busy and hectic Taylor takeover of the city.
