The location was great. It was the right distance. The day time staff was friendly. The hotel was very nice and decor was nice as well.

One of the staff members from night shift was extremely rude. I wasted a drink mistakenly and when I informed her about it, she walker off from me and did say anything. I even offered to get it up. She walked back passed again me and didn’t say a word. Didn’t say hey someone will get it up or anything. I had to find her and ask if i could have a paper towel or mop to get it up then she pointed to the security and said he would do it. She was so rude. The security guard was very nice. They also should explain the details of the deposit and how it works. Booking had the deposit as $100 but when i got there i had to give an additional $50. It went towards parking so it worked out but could have explained it alot better.

First and foremost the Staff were amazing. Kind, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel was clean, inviting, and felt safe to be in. Last but not least, location, location, location.

The breakfast options were limited but there are plenty of surrounding places to eat that make up for it. I did not know we had a refrigerator until our last night due to its location under the bathroom sink.

We didn’t like that there was a false fire alarm warning in the middle of the night near early morning and was warned to not take the elevator and only stairs and we were on the 16th floor. It was pretty scaring and we didn’t get any sleep and had to check out by 11 exhausted and tired from the fear of panic. We thought a fire was imminent and tired from running the stairs from the 16tg floor at 5am.

Lovely hotel, stylish and clean. I loved my room. 10 min walk from the touristy part of the city

Unfortunately walls are paper thin and the girls behind the wall were laughing and talking pretty loudly starting 8am and wouldn’t go to sleep till late, so I had to live on their schedule. Swimming pool had 2 hours of sun, the rest of the time it’s in the shade

Elevators malfunction because card key doesn't register, after hours front door card key also doesn't work well, pool is meager and shaded

The location was amazing, it was really close to one of my favorite restaurants firery crab!

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t open later on week nights. Considering the fact that a lot of parents had their children out at the pool during the day and night, little time was left for single adults to enjoy themselves.

Room was very clean and quiet. I never heard other people in their rooms or in the hallway. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hot water. Air conditioning.

The elevators were having trouble during our stay, so the wait time’s were irritatingly long. There were trash bags outside our room from housekeeping for over a day until we moved them over to a cleaning supply closet. Staff could be friendlier.

The location, amenities and the ambience were all perfect! I am huge Aloft fan and have visited many properties. This one did not disappoint!

The fire alarm went off due to a kitchen next door would’ve loved an automated announcement or text so I I wouldn’t have panicked especially on the 17th floor.

Location was excellent because it was just that far enough away as not to be too noisey from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon street but not so far as to walk anywhere you needed.

I thought the parking was expensive but ok I guess for a down town location at $43 a day but we still got charged for 5 days although we only stayed for 4, I don't think this is a hotel issue more of a parking sub contract.

this hotel was right around the corner from baronne street and amazing food places. everything was within walking distance. the hotel was spotless and staff was extremely clean. valet for my car was great, never drove my car during my stay due to being close to everything to walk.

the lobby and bar area was dull. there wasn’t events or activities down there for guest to interact with each other like karaoke night an such. there wasn’t a microwave in the room.
