The location is close to shops, restaurants and activities. The home was super clean and comfortable. I felt very safe there. It is a quiet location. I had my own parking spot. There is a back yard with patio furniture and BBQ grill for use. The pool was warm and clean. They have fluffy towels for use for free. The locker-room was super clean and comfortable. The have a small gym as well there. I like that there are tennis courts available for use outdoors and indoors. They have racquets for rent and other fun equipment as well. The staff was nice and the office is bright and clean.

The bedrooms need more lighting and more small trash cans. I wish they invested in a bigger playground with updated slides and swings. IT would be more inviting for families with small children.

This is a good-size apartment; place is quiet; all basic needs covered.

Kitchen ware is bare bones; would be nice to have at least a colander and more pots and pans.

The hotel is perfect for a family with kids like us (2 kids, 8 and 6 years of age). It consists of little row houses with a kitchen, dining and living room all in an open space downstairs and two large bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. One of the bedrooms has also an ensuite with a Jacuzzi - we didn't try that one though. The location is also great to reach Wood's Hole and Falmouth and Mashpee Commons is super close.

I really don't have to complain about anything. The houses are dated, but all is functional and clean.

I traveled to the Cape and stayed with my husband and two daughters. The indoor pool area was extremely clean and we were pleased with the pool and the water temperature. Also, my daughters 10 and 12 played basketball on the grounds and played at the simple playground and I felt very safe on the premises allowing them to go play by themselves. I was very pleased with the property and the price and will be staying there again. And an added plus was the closeness of the Masphee Commons. It was a great trip!

Location was fantastic, so close to mashpee commons. The unit we had was very quiet and felt private, plus the size was much larger than it appeared on pictures.

Some minor upkeep things like the pool pebbles were chipping and it was hard to walk on, and the units were showing their age in the bathroom and kitchen both in decor and upkeep.

We love the quiet but convenient location. The property is somewhat dated but has spacious rooms, is kept clean and in good repair. This is where we always stay when visiting the Cape and are never disappointed.

We did not receive breakfast, as we were not informed about any breakfast at that facility. Everything was great, the unit was extremely clean, the location was perfect for our particular weekend event, and the staff was super friendly!

I loved everything, but the only thing that was missing was my little dog. I wish the facility would honor small dogs, and dog types that have hair and do not shed. I understand the reasons why they do not allow dogs, but my dog is extremely quiet and would have caused no damage.

Very roomy condo for 5 or 6 guests. We only had 4 sleeping over, but adding two to the sofa bed to make it 6 would have been plenty of room. The living space was big enough to gather with a small group of family because of the open concept and addition of the breakfast bar/stools. Nice little deck. Loved the coffee maker (dispenses one cup at a time with no carafe) We were in town for a funeral, so we didn't have time to use the pool. But it looked very inviting!

For a longer stay, a bigger variety of kitchen appliances may have been helpful. But we had what we needed for two nights.

The place was spacious and clean. Two bathrooms were definitely a plus. The kitchen was good and convenient.

The walls were thin. We could hear next door walking on a squeaky floor and talking and they kept me up. The kitchen could use a sponge for dish washing by hands. Having to take trash out by ourselves was a hassle.

Flat is spacious and beds super comfy. We enjoyed the interior swimming pool (we were by ourselves on Saturday end of afternoon and the water was just at the perfect temperature)

Nothing I did not like but decoration of the flat could have been better (no much decoration, quite old design)
