Excellent renovated rooms, spotted clean, comfortable bed with new sheets and towels. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of food. A special highlight about the custom-made omelettes by a lovely lady! A special thanks to the hotel management and specifically to Mrs. Elena (reception) who arranged to buy for our son a brand new inflatable crocodile (beach toy) after it was accidentally lost while it was kept there. This was an incredible gesture and it is greatly appreciated!

It would be much better if the breakfast was served at Eleni restaurant (-1 floor) instead of -2 because there is not enough space to accommodate all the guests especially indoors! Also the toilets in -2 should be renovated. At -1 they are very clean!

I like this hotel in general. Protaras beach is incredible and people from stuff are extremely friendly. I liked the most of things from this hotel. Food is very descent so I didn't experience any issues in this hotel. This place is made to enjoy. Hotel is in renovation at the moment so it will be just better and better in future, I guess.

Internet is paid and that is big minus. Everything else was fine.

Photos of room, beach, etc. are real. Room condition is like new. Air conditioner is great. Beach is great. Food is pretty good. Pool is great. Staff is friendly, including reception, breakfast/ dinner, pool bar, cleaning. Tennis play in hotel's own location, they give you rockets to play free. 30 meters to street with cafe, food, shops, hypermarket.

The hotel's location is unbeatable - close to everything, from the main strip to restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. Being a budget-friendly option, it offers excellent value for money. Although the hotel is older, the renovated rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The easy access to the beach and the mesmerizing view of Fig Tree Bay made my stay even more enjoyable.

Location is excellent. Rooms are very nice and clean. Pool was clean and big enough. Beach amazing and in front of the hotel. We didn’t have to use the car because of the awesome location

Food quality was not the best but not as tragic as the other comments say. Shower in out room had a faulty drainage, took time for the water to go away

We really enjoyed our stay at Iliada. The hotel is perfectly located just steps away from Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach — in my opinion, the best beaches in Protaras. We had a sea view room, and the view was absolutely amazing. There’s also easy access to the beautiful pedestrian walkway along the coast, which was a great bonus.

However, there were a few issues that took away from an otherwise great experience. The telephone in the room didn’t work, and one of the bed lights was also out. The room could have been cleaner, and the pool wasn’t as well-maintained as expected — there was sand and grass in the water, likely brought in from the beach.

Loved the location. Hotel very clean; except the ladies poolside toilets desperately needs Health & Safety repair to hole in the toilet floor.

Food was only ever lukewarm, another health & safety issue. Chef lied and said it had just broken and he was waiting for a part, but this has already been reported on here weeks before we went.. Food should be kept hot, without drying out or burning. No snacks at all served at poolside bar.... no sandwiches, wraps, crisps, nuts, etc Air Con struggled; hated ladies poolside toilets due to dirty great big hole in the toilet cubicle floor.... for gods sake just fix it. 🙄

The location was superb, right on the beach with stunning views of Protaras beach and Fig Tree Bay. It was a fantastic value for money budget hotel, and I loved that everything was within walking distance - restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. I didn't even need to use my car! The coastal pedestrian road was perfect for leisurely morning and afternoon walks. The staff at Iliada Beach Hotel went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

We only ate once for dinner some weeks ago and weren't very impressed.The selection of cakes for dessert was poor.
