The property is beautiful & very nicely decorated. It’s so well kept & has a very warm tranquil feel to it. It’s close to both historical part of town & beach, making it a perfect location. Using hotel bikes is a fun & easy way to get around. Best of all however i must say the fantastic staff, their generosity , wit & friendly attitude to let you experience the best of Hoi An is outstanding! I highly recommend a vist!

Nice inner yard, spacious room, good design.

Breakfast was very bad. We know it was low season so not many tourists, and staff did their best to make a breakfast for us (which we appreciated) but in such case, best not to offer any breakfast at all. The cleaning came to our room at around 10 am, we asked to come later (not sure they understood) - but no one came to clean the room afterwards. Finally, best not to promote extra paid activities offered by the hotel when you check in guests - people are tired and want to go to their rooms, instead they sit and wait for another 5-10 minutes to listen to things they aren’t interested in. Please ask if guests need recommendations and then provide them. Other than that, good hotel.

Wow! This is easily the best hotel we have stayed at in Vietnam and maybe even ever! The hotel is beautiful with so much attention to detail. The room is fantastic and the super large beds are very comfy. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. But even better than all of this was the staff! They really made us feel like VIP's and everyone was so genuinely friendly, accommodating and even worried when my partner got sick due to some streetfood. Special mention for the staff at the reception, Diem, Vy and Dung. They were absolutely wonderful! Dung even checked with me about the health of my partner and brought some bananas on his day off! What can I say, it is truly a home away from home and highly recommended. We definitely want to come back and we miss it already!

Very nice hotel, staff were very attentive, the room and the pool area were lovely. Far from the old town but very easy to get there with a taxi. I'd definitely go back.

Quite noisy, you can here other guests talking in the rooms next door and roosters wake you up in the morning. Also the breakfast could have been better but was fine.

Value for money hotel, we spent a very nice stay. Dung the receptionist was exceptionally kind and helped us to change room to a quiet one, since there is a little farm behind with rooster and ducks, A natural alarm clock. Food in the restaurant is excellent as well.

Maybe the location, it is not in the center. But with a car it is fine.

The location was great, approximately 600 dong taxi fare to both the Ancient City and the beach. The hotel is only one year old. We had a pool side suite next to the main poll and was beautiful. The staff are just lovely and can't do enough for you, especially Henry who is still on probation. The suite was excellent, our only tiny whinge was that the huge bed was a tough firm but still very comfortable (just our preference). We had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this hotel, and will return!

Lovely staff!

This is a very nice boutique hotel with easy access to both the old town and the beach via a short and reasonably priced taxi ride. For those fitter than us (we three are in our 70’s) bicycles are also available free of charge. The staff, particularly Naomi, Wendy, Thomas and Tri, are incredibly helpful and speak excellent English. A big shout out to our lovely driver, Ken, who is also a great ambassador for the hotel. Other staff, while delightful, need additional training.

Food was ok but there are better and cheaper options outside of the hotel. Breakfast was adequate. Suggest installing some hooks in the bathroom on which to hang bathrobes, etc.
