The location was VERY close to the parking area, easy to access, easy to find. Room was exceptional, with a lovely adjoining terrace. The manager, Vanna, communicated very well with us, and met us upon arrival, which made our experience even more relaxing and comfortable. San Gimignano was delightful, and one of the highest points of a trip filled with high points!

We have ONLY good things to say. Our only regret is that we were only able to stay one night. We will definitely return, and plan to stay longer.

The room was really cool, and spacious, and breakfast was so good!

Parking can be a little hard, and unless you want to walk for 15min, you have to pay for parking, however, the b&b is very close to the city entrance, so that's a plus! The room was a little hot, and I don't think the AC did much to help, that's a minor down side.

The room has a cosy and authentic feel with a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and warm in the room. The location is perfect. And we were offered breakfast even though it was not included with the booking.

The water for the tea was heated in the microwave instead of properly boiling it.

Everything was nice, with taste and comfortable. A lovely terrace too. Really recommend to consider this place if you wish to spend some excellent time at San Gimignano.

Nothing to complaint about

Caring staff. Calm place near the entrance to the town. Good tip for a restaurant including a discount.

The windows are not closing properly: there is a small gap which is good for aeration, but lets in all the noises from outside. The breakfast is extremely basic.

Centrally located but still quiet. Good value. There was a kitchen in the shared area outside the individual rooms - able to do light cooking. Clean rooms.

This B&B was perfectly situated in the town, it has a terrace with a great view. Very friendly welcoming staff. We had a great stay, very comfortable and relaxing. A lovely old building that was a pleasure to stay in - air conditioner was a godsend.

A very clean, traditional building in an excellent location but also very quiet. The room was spacious with a good bathroom. Breakfast was ample and tasty. Host was friendly. Everything we needed.

It was a bit distant from the public parking, so I recommend, if your case, drop off the bags and park afterward if you are in 2 or more people.

Staff were fabulous and room very bright and spacious. View was lovely too but a bit obstructed by The Wall...completely understandable.
