The owner was very nice and forthcoming. He also gave us a contact for a ride which is cheaper than taxi and Uber. Also we were able to request an iron, which was very nice. The balcony is a very nice addition to the room to relax a bit outside when you are back at the room.

Here a list of very small things: - the hanger in the bathroom was broken - the lock to the hallway had a problem and the passcode did not work on our room - but it was fine we had a key that fixed this problem - the Wi-Fi was very high-speed because it's Wi-Fi 7 but sadly the connection is easily blocked from door etc. small step towards the router makes a huge difference.

Perfect location in the old town just off of the Main Street. Located in a residential block the junior apartment was large with really comfy double bed and sofa bed. It was spotlessly clean and modern with lovely big shower room and had a sea view. It was cleaned everyday which I wasn’t expecting and also had access to a communal kitchen area and sitting room with balcony with gorgeous views over the Ferris Wheel and over towards the sea. As a solo parent travelling with my child it felt very safe and Emilio was very welcoming and accommodating. There was a little noise at night from the bars, but nothing that would put us off returning.

Nothing it was a lovely place to stay, but I’d really try to get a room with a balcony next time (it was sold out)

The rooms were great, updated and well appointed.

The building entry was dirty and unkept. it was unclear the hotel resides on the top three floors. It’s very confusing and wasn’t communicated well. The rooms should have safes in them. On multiple occasions the staff entered the room unbeknownst to us. They were lovely staff and helpful but all guest should have the right to denying access to their room with simple door knob placards “ do not disturb”.

Central location, a clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. In addition, access to a common seating area and balcony with beautiful view over the harbour, as well as decently equipped kitchen where you could get coffee on the house, use the microwave, stove or fridge, tableware, cutlery etc. Emilio, the host, gave me a warm welcome and before I arrived by car, he sent me detailed information about where to park the car nearby. The day before I left, he also offered me to check out couple of hours late since I had an afternoon flight, which made things a lot easier for me. If my friends or family travel to Olbia I will surely let them know of my good experience with Antares rooms and Suites.

Amazing location - super comfortable beds - nice shower but most of all was staff! Emilio went above and beyond and helped me so much when I had last minute things come up! He helped me arrange a car for me and my friend, got us to our boat trips on time, helped me with other printing things like boarding pass and other things and was just super fast to answer and eager to help! Super reliable, super friendly, super close to great restaurants, nice little view, common area with kitchen, terrace, and nice and clean rooms would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Everything was great

Early check-in was arranged and we were warmly welcomed and quickly shown to our rooms which were very clean. The location was great for access to Olbia central area and the sea front as well as being within easy reach of the airport where we were heading the next morning. The rooms were very quiet despite the central location and we got a good night's sleep.

Parking is not as easy as one might like and we did struggle to find a space in the public car park which is about five minutes walk from the accommodation

The location was perfect. I liked the colour scheme of the room and just the way it looked. Bed was very comfy. Also thanks to Emilio who sent me beach recommendations, was very helpfull in general and took spicy pesto off my hands.

My chair was wonky. And on the second day i didn't get new waters (i did on the other days) Not bad just a little inconvenient.

The Antares Rooms were a nice place to stay for our first visit to Olbia. The location was great, right in the centre and the room was clean and comfortable. Emilio was amazing! He sent us messages to help us find free parking close to the rooms, recommended great places to eat and the self check in (at no extra cost) was perfect as we arrived earlier than expected.

The location was great near the busy streets with great restaurant while still remaining peaceful. There was a lovely view from the shared area. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The shower was great.

Nothing - the room was basic but nothing at all wrong with it. I always think it would be good to leave one extra hand towel for the bathroom.

Amazing host! Emilio is so nice and gave us good tips for our trip. The room was spacious and very clean. Location was also very good. Unfortunately we booked a room without balcony but we were able to use the balcony at the reception with an amazing view. Everything was perfect!

Maybe change the towels more often.
