Piazza Boutique is perfectly located in Batumi(subjective), at Piazza Square, one of the sightseeing spots, so staying here means one of the sightseeing places is already ticked off. The hotel has an amazing view of the Black Sea and Batumi City. As a bonus, the rooms have two balconies. The compound has restaurants, hookahs, and even live music in the evening that goes till midnight. The rooms were really comfortable. We got a room on the 9th floor.

The phone in our room was not working. Plus, in case you need the reception, you have to go to the Piazza Four Colors hotel (located at Piazza Square itself) as there was no one at the desk. Also, the breakfast could have more dishes or varieties.

The staff were friendly and courteous and made me very welcome. The room I was given was perfect for my needs, with a desk where I could work at the end of the day. The wardrobe space was very well organised and I appreciated the quantity of clothes hangers and the slippers.

I did enjoy the music, but for someone who needed to work and get good sleep, it did go on quite late, but I understand that it is for the people who are on holiday and want some entertainment.

The room was lovely, 2 balconies. We could watch football on the screen on piazza from our balcony. The linen and towels were crisp. The breakfast was all right - not an extensive selection but we liked it. The hotel is 8-10 min by taxi from the Batumi central station, 8 min to Alphabet tower. The clocks chime every 15 min but it didn’t bother us, and we couldn’t hear it in the night.

What surprised us is that the toilet didn’t have normal doors, just the jealousie-like shield doors, which is hilarious and a bit embarassing))) all the rest was lovely

Amazing location, near to all main attractions of the city. We got a room at 9th floor with 2 balconies opening at 2 different sides of the tower. Room was clean, bathroom had the jet spray along with other amenities and each floor has 2 rooms only which was much peaceful for the stay

Breakfast time is at 8 AM and we had to catch the train at 8.. Breakfast should be at 6 or 6:30 like other hotels everywhere as early morning tourists will surely miss, even though paid for it.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is within walking distance to every point to visit in the city center. The furniture in the room is useful and comfortable. The view of the room is very nice especially after the 6th floor.

The hotel staff is incredibly bad, not hospitable at all. The people at the reception are strict as if they are prison staff and we get the wrong answer to every question. Especially the woman standing at the reception at night did not help us at all when we forgot our key. After keeping us waiting at the reception for about 1.5 hours, she gave us a new key.

The Piazza Boutique Hotel is an absolutely fantastic hotel to be based out of whilst in Batumi. If you get the accommodation at a reasonable price, there is no better address. Situated at the 9th floor (just under the clock) was simply a delight - you have a birds eye view of the city & you can spot your hotel from practically anywhere - even whilst boarding the train, I could see the Piazza Tower. The Piazza Square is always a lovely lively place for interesting evenings with multiple restaurants to choose from & the rest of the city especially the tourist parts are just all around within walking distance thus allowing you the ability to experience Batumi at your own pace.

the staff - the reception to the breakfast staff, all were just mechanically doing their job without a smile nor a pleasant expression, like as if they were being forced to work.

Our room was on the top floor of the tower, and had two separate balconies. One facing the sea, the other facing the city, which was absolutely dreamy. It also had a view of the Piazza from the balcony.

Everything was fine.

This is the best place to stay in Batumi, manage to get room in tower, live music in garden and nice bars around, near sea shore, my friends were staying in different hotels and i had feeling that im living in lux apartments and price was only 20 lari more😀

Breakfast should be more upgraded, they were not terrable but coffee was pretty bad 6/10

The room in the clock rover - the best I have ever been in. Two rooms in the floor. Each room has 2 balconies, for 2 part of the World. Perfect view from there to the whole Batumi. Room with a lot of space. Very comfortable bed. The room was very clean. PERFECT!!!!

Unusual location - we stayed in the clock tower on the top floor with amazing views. Restaurant and bar with live music in the piazza below.

The bathroom - the shower handle which you had to hold in the bath was very pretty but a little impractical.
