The location was really ideal for our early flight check in. It's a 10 minute walk from the departure lounge. The room we had (for 4 people) was large. The bathroom was spacious and it all felt very clean.

We dropped off our bags early as the room wasn't ready and the person on reception was pretty disinterested and unfriendly. Again, when we checked in later, it was a different person but they had a conversation with another member of staff whilst checking us in. Completely lacking in any personal welcome. The room we had for 4 people was big. But it was a very small sofa bed, and a large double bed. The sofa bed was really only fit for 2 children. We had checked online to see if we could get dinner at the hotel but it said that the restaurant was closed until the 19th August.

Walking distance from the airport (with luggage and 2 kids), EXCELLENT and DELICIOUS breakfast (we could stay there for 3 hours enjoying it). The staff is GREAT and very well prepared to deal with people and kids. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and the GYM is also very GOOD! We all loved it!

It was too expensive in our way back (end of our Norway trip) (we were with extra 2 people) and we could not afford to stay again in it. We even would not enjoy the breakfast once our flight would take off at 6am. Maybe next time :-)

The proximity to the airport. The staff were very cordial and helpful, most especially the ones that checked us in and checked us out, and the gentleman at the bar who was very accommodating when i asked for a drinkable water. They were very customer oriented hotel professionals.

The shampoo dispenser was broken. The refrigerator wasn't cool enough even after someone fixed it. During our last day, I saw a sweeper placed on the clean piles of pillow cases and blankets. I couldn't help myself not to think that the pillow cases and blankets that we used are contaminated with nasty dirt/etc

Excellent! The room was large and had enough space for 3 people. Beds were really comfortable, sound isolation was also good. The personal at the reception was kind and welcomed us warmly. The food for the breakfast was fresh and Various. The airport of Bergen is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The service personal was way too quick in tidying up the table. I left for the toilet and when I come back, even though I left all the food untouched, it was taken away. It's a waste of food, because I had to take again everything.

Our flight was delayed so we checked in later than expected, but luckily a buffet dinner was still open for another 10 minutes- thanks to the staff who let us still in. Quite expensive around 400nok a person but the only alternative was a food delivery service so the buffet was a much better option ☺️ Hotel appears to be newly built, modern.

Didn't find a phone in the room - that was something new for us 😅 Air conditioner was empty but I managed without.

It was a great place to stay near the airport. Few minutes walk from the airport. Neat and clean and great place to sit, chat and drink . We had a family room for 4 people. The room size is fantastic.

The sofa cum bed was really bad. When my son tried to sleep, it came down and unfolded. Finally we had to put the mattress down. We didn't have much time to ask for another room. If we didn't have this issue ,they would have definitely gotten 10 on 10.

It was close to the airport, which was what we needed, and we were able to get a ride to the airport at an extremely early hour, which was what we needed.

Travelers need to understand that there’s another Scandic hotel nearby and you need to be at the right one. Also, something was up with the dining room so they had a very limited menu and it took a long time to get dinner, although we were not there at a strange time.

Spacious and very clean room. Bathtub. The hotel allowed us for a late check-out without any extra fees. Good location. Pretty good, but not excellent, sound insulation. Good air con. The room should be equipped with a coffe machine, but at least there was an electric kettle.

Seemingly no USB charging ports in the room. Had to pay NOK 95/day to park at the hotel - given the rates I think parking should be included.

Comfortable rooms and close to airport.

Didn’t appreciate that the parking spaces outside the hotel are owned by the airport and therefore not free so we unfortunately got a parking ticket. It was very hot during our stay and the a/c control on the wall was not working. Nowadays many hotel rooms don’t have telephones to call reception for advice and who is going to go down to the reception in their PJs.

Stayed there because we had an early flight! Great Hotel and would stay there again! Super nice and helpful! 5-10 min away from the airport and easy to find! Great breakfast at 5 am with lots to choose from! Small rooms with an extra bed for our 6 year old but that was fine! Perfect if you have an early flight or a late flight coming in. Would def book again!
