Staff were remarkably friendly. I arrived just after dinner finished and the lady clearing the tables insisted I sit down and she bring me a meal. The room was comfortable and clean. I had to leave for the airport at 0530, so it was great to discover they do an early bird breakfast. 0430 and I walked downstairs to discover fresh coffee, juice and pastries.

It's a 25-30 minute walk from the airport, so not ideal if you have a lot of heavy bags. I guess this is why you get a lot for your money, compared to the hotels closer to the terminal building. It's a nice quiet walk though and I was there for hiking, so couldn't really complain!

We liked the family friendly atmosphere and the great value for moeny. The hotel had a a very child friendly environment offering different games and activities for children. Breakfast was quit nutritious and good quality, plus the hotel offered a lunchbox for a reasonable price and as we were mostly out for the day trekkings it was a great option for our family. Free Tesla chargers on the parking was also useful. Friendly and helpful staff. Family room enough for short stays with family. Location near to Airport and a bit far from center but its 15-20 minute drive or there is light rail connection as well.

we mainly where lucky to charge our car but it would be better to have more charging points on parking.

The hotel is located near the airport and was very busy and lively during our stay. You can walk 5 minutes to a train station and catch the local train to downtown Bergen (40 minute train ride). The lobby has a board which explains the train and how to pay (we paid using the machines on the station platform). Breakfast very good with lots of selection. The lobby has many games (shuffleboard, darts, and foosball) that you can play. Parking just in front of the hotel but was almost full when we arrived. Lobby area has machines for hot water, tea, and coffee. Staff very friendly and gave good service.

We were happy with our choice of this hotel, we would stay there again. The room was nice and clean and breakfasf was really tasty (also with coffee to go option). The parking was free of charge. It was a five minutes walk to the light rail train which took us to the centre of Bergen. We used the public transport app but you can buy tickets at the platform as well. Train arrived every 10 to 15 minutes. The ride was about 35 minutes long, the last stop is in the heart of the city.

Good place to stay with small kids. Breakfast with a lot of choice, and a playroom available for kids. Good connections into the city centre.

The rooms are quite cosy for a family of four. Personnel at the restaurant seemed a bit distracted, only showed us the child menu and the info that it would have included a drink and ice when leaving, while the dinner was quite expensive.

The hotel is 15/20 minutes from Bergen city center, so it's quite easy to move in and out of the city center. The hotel is big. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of food and options (also gluten-free and lactose-free). The hotel is close to the airport, but it was very quiet and the airport was not a sound problem. The car park is big.

in the double room, one down-filled comforter looked like it was not refreshed and clean. The room was not very clean (bath room was dirty)

Breakfast was brilliant - really good quality food and loads of options. Lovely staff - very helpful and welcoming. It was very close to the airport which was useful as decreased the travel stress. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great shower and very comfy bed, was also nice to have a fridge and sink. I also liked the design of the room - very classy.

There were a lot of children running around but that is not the hotel's fault. The gym says over 16 year olds only however a child kept coming in and disturbing us, and would not leave. Took around 15/20 mins to drive into Bergen city but that it not the Hotel/s fault - it was useful being near airport.

Very nice hotel close to the light rail train station and only one stop to the airport. Nice arrangement of hotel room to provide mini kitchen including refrigerator and microwave hidden in a cupboard. Nice desk that doubled as a table with two seats. They have a parking lot which is free but we were taking the train to the airport. Staff was very accommodating to change rooms for us when we requested due to the elevator. Breakfast included which is very nice since we were off to the airport early.

There is nothing in this area except another hotel so you need to have dinner before you arrive.

Modern, comfortable hotel, near Bergen airport, with excellent facilities and an amazing Scandinavian breakfast, which was served from 6am for the benefit of early travellers. There were facilities for microwaving your own food, along with a kettle, fridge, sink and proper crockery and cutlery, in the room….which was very useful and a gym, if we had time to use it! We would definitely stay here again.

Some coffee, tea etc. available in the room would have been appreciated - although a good selection was available in the downstairs area for no charge. It would be useful to be given precise instructions for arriving via the light rail from Bergen Centre. We got off at Kokstad and had a long walk in pouring rain with our bags….the next station would have been much closer.

This was one of our favourite hotels on our trip, but perhaps unique to our holiday plan. We arrived by car ferry in Bergen in the morning, visited the harbour area, then took a drive into the countryside, arriving at this suburban hotel in the evening. The location was convenient for heading South along the coastal road towards Stavanger in the morning. By car, it is located only 15 minutes to the centre, but 45 minutes by transit. Our room was thoughtfully designed, with a real table and chairs for a light dinner in the room. The hotel also offers a reasonably priced evening buffet and breakfast choices were extensive. Friendly service and excellent parking too.
