Superb comfortable bed, and pillows. Fantastic breakfast, with plenty of choices. Especially loved the yogurt and all the healthy options. Front desk staff, always friendly and helpful. Awesome rooftop, with beautiful views. Nothing too much trouble. Had an early day trip yesterday. Pack was ready free of charge, since I couldn't make breakfast before I had to leave for tour. Kettle provided, free of charge. Water station downstairs in lobby. Super fast wi-fi. Work desk.. Funky, and close to tram, shops and city centre. I am very sad to be leaving Bergen. Just missed my banana's at breakfast....😅 But easy to buy in shops. Plus, no luggage holder, for suitcases, minor issue.

The location is very good. You can walk to the city center if you're not in a rush. However, there's also excellent bus service. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean and spacious.

Air conditioning, or rather, the lack thereof. Even simple ventilation would have been sufficient. However, there was none in the room. There's supposedly a thermostat on the wall, but that's just for appearances. During our visit, temperatures in Bergen reached 27-30 degrees Celsius, and our room faced south. We tried to return there only to sleep. The room couldn't cool down overnight. We were given a small fan at reception, but it didn't do anything.

Lighting in the bedroom is awful. The only place where the lighting is good is in the toilet but sitting in there to read a map or a book is not very confortable after 30 minutes

The staff is exceptional, receptionist Anniken was friendly and did utmost best to make us feel welcome and comfortable in the rooms. We had breakfast included on the 5th floor with stunning view from the top. They also have hangout area and rooftop lounge for guests to use. There was a convenient store right outside the hotel if you need anything to buy. We took one tram from airport and then walked 8-10 mins to get to the hotel, there is also a bus stop which is bit closer than the tram stop so very convenient. Overall we would stay again.

Very good breakfast with fabulous views across the city. We enjoyed dinner on Sunday - good food, quiet restaurant and same views. A hidden gem. Location between city and forest walks (also chosen to be close to Parkrun). Kiwi mini pris just out

Tea/coffee making facilities in room but the receptionist offered a kettle and cups which was perfect (we always have tea bags). We got used to the jazzy decor during our 3 night stay

The breakfast is very good. It is well located but not completely centric. There is a luggage storage available for before the check in and after the check out 🙂

There was a tv in the room but it was simply 'ubrukelig'. Everything seems to be covered by a felted or plush material, the surfaces appear to have very suspicious stains. I would advise them to change the surface material to one that is more cleaning friendly and hygienic.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good choice at breakfast which was included in the price. The bed was comfortable. It was value for money as hotels in Bergen are expensive. I liked that there was a supermarket next to the hotel.

The hotel was a bit hard to find and up a hill. But if you get off the light rail at Danmarks place it's nearer. The restaurant in the hotel was closed and there is only a few restaurants nearby. Its better to go to Bergen centre for food. The view was not great.

Good value, clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was very good, and restaurant was very clean with good hospitality. Great views of Bergen

In room refrigerator would have been a nice addition. Normally would have been closer to tram route, but closest tram was shut down when I was there - no fault of the hotel of course.

Beautiful design hotel just 5 minutes walking from the light rail stop Danmarks Plass. From there to the city centre it is just 10 minutes. Big plus the 15% discount at the hotel's restaurant. It makes it a bit cheaper than other options in the city centre. Breakfast with a lot of choices (mainly salty, but also sweet)

No carpet to protect the floor from the water coming out of the shower

The staff from front desk to cleaners were friendly and really helpful. Great breakfast too. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. While the hotel is a little way from the centre, it’s just lovely and quiet down by the docks and an easy walk into the tourist areas.

I would of liked more electrical sockets in the room and a bath mat to keep the bathroom floor dry
