Lovely small complex in a quiet area with plenty of sun beds. No need to get up at crazy hours to throw towels down to book beds. Full kitchen facilities including oven which was great. Only a short stroll to the strip. Spar just a couple of minutes walk away but a local shop just around the corner. Apartments cleaned 2 to 3 days a week with bedsheets changed once a week. The cleaning lady was lovely too. Pammy at reception was so friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. Also, there is no bar but the complex on the corner across the road is owned by the same company so you can use the bar there. Stays open until midnight I think but finishes serving food at 6pm. This is also where the reception is too which closes at 5pm.

The only downside is there is no air conditioning in the apartments but you can hire a fan at reception which helps a bit of there's a shop down past the Spar where you can hire an air conditioner unit for I think €60 per week. Still, that will not deter me from going back there and already planning a trip for next year.

The Apartment was very clean and in a great location

The fact that their was no air conditioning and having to pay extra for a very poor wi-fi. and also the least you could do is offer a complimentary fan.

Good sized apartment with everything you need for your stay, functioning kitchen and living space, plenty of wardrobe space and modern bathroom. The balcony was large and nice to relax on during the day and evening. There is a lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. This complex is small and quiet which we appreciated and it is a very short walk to shops pubs and restaurants as well as the main strip and beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we checked out at 10am but had an evening flight, we were able to leave our bags for the day, use the pool and shower facilities, with clean towels provided, before heading off to the airport.

There is no aircon which we anticipated but it was quite warm at night. Thankfully the bedsheets are light and it wouldn’t turn me off this place.

Close to the strip, nice pool, has kitchenware, even iron.

No hairdryer, if you go in the summer time no aircon, didn't bother us in May though.

It really needs a starter pack I stay regularly in PDC And a welcome pack has always come as standard Water Dishcloth Washing up liquid Shampoo Shower gel All theses things were not supplied Which means you have to go shopping as a result as soon as you arrive The shower The water was very unpredictable You had about 5 mins of very hot water as soon as you turned the shower on but then it went cold 🥶 The bathroom taps and kitchen taps had a constant supply of hot water the shower did not The towels are of good quality but too small.

Great room, good breakfast and facilities at sister resort across the road. Staff were friendly and helpful, with linen changed every couple of days. A superb weeks stay.

Only downside of the stay was someone in the next room having the TV on until 5am for two nights running, which wasn't the fault of the resort.

Really close to the strip, lots of shops nearby so perfect location. The apartment was clean and included all the amenities you’d need. Beds were comfy, showers were hot and powerful. Lovely view from our room too

There was no air con which was fine for us as we visited in January but maybe get a bit hot in peak seasons. There is a shop down the road that rents out portable air con though! No hair dryer there either but most people take their own anyway (we also didn’t ask reception for either of these so they of been able to provide them, not sure)

Clean, tidy, quiet enough, good location

Wi-fi. Had to pay extra £32 for 2 weeks and it was pretty poor, connection and not worth it. .

Staff friendly and helpful. The pool was quiet and relaxing. All areas were clean and tidy. Room was good and the location was just perfect. The main reception was great so was the pool bar. Staff were engaging and the food was excellent.

Rooms need a lick of paint. With the weather being very hot there was no air conditioning. To be fair we asked for a fan and the hotel staff were very accommodating.

Nice clean accommodation, great location close to all bars, restaurants & beach

Wasn’t able to use the pool like many of the guests . Pool in Pcicessa Ico was cold . Even the weather has been nice and sunny 24C pool was too cold unusable , we went to their second complex Ocean Complex where we could use their heated pool . Temperature of the pool should be around 24C but again ,it was cold . Some people use it but most of the time pool was empty . Guests were just sunbathing . Its a great Hotel ,clean , great location I wold definitely come back in the future . It just the fact that their two pools were cold . If they would be heated to temperature that you could feel it mild or warm then i am sure it would be very busy pool . I guess that would come down with cost to heated up to comfortable temperature . Other then that ,everything was perfect .
