Staff was very pleasant, everything thing was clean, updated and well maintained. Breakfast was great.

The absolute ONLY criticism I have is about the pillows. Even though they provided 4 on the bed and a spare if needed, they were small and very wimpy and not very functional and caused me to not get a restful sleep. I guess there is one other criticism. Lighting in the room was provided only by 2 lamps on the nightstands and a desk lamp. It was impossible to read the directions for the in room coffee maker due to the lack of lighting. I'm probably being over critical because this Hotel and the room were far nicer than most we've ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot of Hotels. I'd re-book here in a heartbeat if we were to stay in that area again.

the room we stayed at was really clean! the reception person (forgot his name but it was a guy) was really friendly and they gave my dog a welcome gift which is really awesome! it was dog poop bags and treats (first hotel that they gave my dog some gifts). and the brand that they use for soap smells really good! would really stay here again when im in the area.

maybe the breakfast but i dont eat breakfast much, it was my husband that said there's no sausages/bacon 😂 other than that, there's nothing bad in this hotel.

Easy to get to, right off 480. Pool was nice. Room was comfy and spacious. Bed very comfy!

Furnishings kind of drab. Suite had mini kitchenette but no silverware, napkins, dish towels, paper plates provided (things you would use in a kitchenette). Staff wasn't very friendly, very curt and transactional. First room they put me in, the A/C didn't work (seems like something they should have checked beforehand), so little bit of a hassle and didn't offer to help me transport luggage to new room. They did upgrade me to a suite for the trouble which was appreciated.

The room was spacious and clean. Lots of towels and toiletries. The beds are very comfortable here, and the continental breakfast was great - lots of selections and a bit larger than your traditional "free breakfast" at most hotels.

The pillows are not great. VERY soft and unsupportive. We had to ask for two more for a total of three pillows each, and it was still far too plush. Unfortunately we had a view of the top of what looked like the pool area or some sort of hotel addition and it was just covered in gravel/rocks.

The breakfast is wonderful with a large variety of items. I've been staying at this hotel for several years and the staff has always been very accommodating, professional, and friendly.

The bathroom doors, baseboards could use a little refreshing (paint), the pod holder for the coffee maker wasn't the correct tray for the coffee maker, and I always need to request extra coffee because it is never replaced daily (my pet peeve - and not unique to this hotel).

Dale, at the desk at check-in, was wonderful. He was professional yet very friendly and made sure he answered any questions we had. He also thanked me for being an Hilton Honors member. The staff as a whole was very nice,

I didn't appreciate being charged $20 for incidentals, even though Dale said that it would be credited if we didn't purchase anything. It was something I didn't check when we checked out. Also at breakfast, the layout was a little odd. We almost missed half of the buffet because it was around the corner. A solid wall separated the two parts of the buffet. A sign indicating there was more around the corner would have been nice.

We had a truly excellent hotel breakfast here. The room was well-equipped, the bathroom was quite nice, everything was clean, and the woman who checked us in - she may have been the hotel manager? She was lovely and engaging. I totally regret not having brought trunks to go to the pool.

The only thing I can fault the experience for is having a bit of a drive before going or doing much of note. There's a Longhorn Steakhouse immediately adjacent, and then everything else is at least 5 minutes off by car.

Dale was superb. Checking in went fast without complications and his immediate follow up to our check-in concerning room satisfaction or needs was huge plus. Contacted Dale with WiFi issue and he resolved it without any delay during a busy check-in period. He should be training future desk agents. Huge asset to Hampton Inn . Service from professionals like Dale make choosing hotels easy. Great guy

Very clean, great amenities and great service.

The pool closed early for kids at 8 pm while most places we have stayed never had age restrictions on time for kids to be in the pool. Especially since we didn't get to check in til after 8. For the room the heater/ac was quite loud when it came on so made it hard to sleep comfortably.

Breakfast was good with a variety of food and drink choices. Friendly. Helpful staff. Breakfast area cleanly maintained after guests use.

Cobblestone entrance cumbersome with roller bags and luggage cart. Guest room door difficult to open when entering with luggage. Door closer has too much resistance.
