The facilities are clean, good and super comfortable. The location is very close to the airport.

The staff at the counter can improve their soft skill on how to treat the guest. Smile more and be more attentive. But the Hush Inn staff (online) were super helpful. I just hope that more clear instructions on how to self check in will be given earlier so that guests can understand more where to go instead of given on check in time. We get lost just to find the place. And get lost again when to find the lobby and parking space. A bit confusing but overall it was good.

Spacious studio. Clean room and i like how they provided extra bed for the child. I was expecting the three of us would be squeezing on the same bed. Very thoughtful.

Toilet cleanliness can be improved in the future. Perhaps the cleaning tools like the broom and mop shall be placed somewhere else because that caused the toilet to smell quite unpleasant. (The mop was wet and smelled bad).

Location is not very far from the airport (takes about 10min by car). The management also available along the night so there is no issue if you want to check in late. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Also, they provide television with a Netflix account so you can enjoy your movies or KDrama. The cutlery also provided so you don’t need to worry to bring one.

The bathroom has an unpleasant smell (maybe coming from the gutter or the sewage). This will not bother you so much as longer you closed the door.

I love how everything is equipped with every appliances even though they’re small. But yet we managed to use every appliances available! It’s a quiet studio too and we slept very well. Very good location it’s not far from the city and very good to have a car with you.

That we didn’t get to park inside the building as we were concerned about the safety of our vehicle 🥲 but for three days and two nights we parked our car was in good condition. The shower pressure can be improved too, as sometimes it’s strong and it’s not.

We had a great time staying here... We even enjoyed and captured the sunset just from our room. Easy check in, clean apartment and worth for the money☺️

We hope we may have shower gel and shampoo ; and a comfy pillow next time we stay here 😄

Tue facilities in the apartments is great. Wifi is fast and they also provide Netlix with account. Which is super great

Cookware is quite broken but they didn’t replace it eben after i report it. They said they will replace but they did not till i c/o

I like the contactless check in. Some of the furniture are not in a squeeky clean condition such as the sofa. Internet wise is super fast, great location with great great of the paddy field and short glimpse of the sunset from this 9th floor, 1 night stay.

More hangers to hang my cloths with furniture in a good condition. The unit that I stayed have no bars to hang my cloths. I had to hang it at the window.

The location is marvelous, you can shop and stay conveniently. The parking is free. The garden theme is great, good for taking pictures.

I just want to comment about the pillows. For me it is too thin, I need triple pillows for that kind of thickness. My suggestion is provide some extra pillows. Other than that, you are doing great.

Everything is ok for short staycation.

The lift for visitor took a looong time to wait. There's no direct access to the lift eventho u already have access card. Parking must be paid even for building visitor.

The staff is very helpful and the check in and checking out instructions are easy to follow

The are not parking space for the stay and had to pay extra for the spot
