Clean, well run, and reasonably priced.

Property was so nice being right on the river. It is an older motel so there was a little mustiness to the room but it had nice big windows and this time of year we could open the windows and get glorious fresh air and the beautiful sound if the river behind the motel! Everything was so clean and the room was a nice size!

There was really nothing bad other than the motel had a little bit of a musty smell when we first got walked in that I feel like all hotels and motels have really unless they are brand spanking new.

My husband had to work the day we got to Lincoln. I dropped him off at the property at 8am with the intention that he would work from a chair outside. They gave us the room at 8am which was so nice. I am very grateful that their excellent customer service. Location is right in the center of everything. I took the kids to Clark’s Trading Post and a beach. At night we sat by the river in the back. The sound is so soothing. Its a charming place. Clean and the beds are comfortable. But above all the staff is amazing. Will definitely be back!

Quiet area but close to restaurants, skiing area, stores, and beautiful views

The air conditioner was the heat system and it ran continuously making it difficult to hear the TV and fall asleep. The bathroom also didn’t have an exhaust fan fogging up all the windows.

Bathroom floor was very slippery. From some kind of soap .toilet dirty around flush handle .sheets were a tad stained.

It was a good cheap room for the night being a solo traveler. The location and highway in front of the hotel is dead after 7 p.m.

At the price point no real complaints. You know what you are getting at certain price point hotels. My only complaint is when I took a shower the drain was a little clogged and started to get above my ankles during the shower.

The setting is quiet; there’s no pool, which is a plus in my book. There’s nothing fancy here, but the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The property is a short drive to many excellent restaurants and attractions. I have stayed here several times, and will definitely be back.

Stayed in a cabin. Very cute and cozy. Very scenic views. Had a great time watching thunderstorm over mtns from little screened in sun porch. Friendly neighbors. Access to beautiful rocky brook was amazing for splashing and rock hunting. Very quiet and kid friendly location but still close to attractions and town

The room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for my needs. Staff was extremely friendly. I would stay here again.

feels quite dated with duct tape on the screens and places on the wall paper. Renovations needed
