The breakfast was fantastic, coupled with a great view in the breakfast room. Whether rain or shine you would have a view of the rolling hills. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, keen to offer suggestions for what we could do during our stay, and places to eat. The room had a smart TV so we could keep up with our TV shows when we weren't out exploring. The location is only a few minutes from Harlech, and about 15 from porthmadog, but it is in a very quiet rural area. There are also a few benches dotted around the property where you can sit and enjoy the sun and the moon.
The internet reception wasn't great, it would stream TV shows fine mostly but would sometimes momentarily cut out. The mattresses in our room at least were spring mattresses, and we are quite fat. I imagine if we were normal sized it wouldn't be such a problem.

The breakfast was excellent all 3 mornings we stayed there, plenty of choice aswell. The location was beautiful, peaceful and very accomodating. Deborah couldn't do enough for us made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We would highly recommend and will definately stay there again (next time we will take our car to get about). The only downfall was distance to Harlech train station or bus stop 2 miles away so if you hadn't got a vehicle then taxi would be needed to get the public transport as it was dangerous walking on a main country road with no footpath. Apart from that excellent stay.

Warm welcome from Deborah and her staff, who chatted to us each morning at breakfast and took an interest in our plans for the day, keen to give us advice and suggestions. This property is quiet and peaceful, but very easy to reach and has ample parking for all guests, even when fully-booked, as it was during our stay over Easter. Highly recommend this property, which is spotlessly clean and we will certainly return next time we visit this beautiful part of the country.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We were welcomed by Deborah who made us feel like family from the start and Sally the dog supervised whilst we took our bags from the car. We were taken to our room which was spacious, light and spotlessly clean. Our room overlooked the garden and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was preordered which we thought was a great idea and an excellent way to save food waste. The dining room was relaxing, warm environment where we could talk to other guests and our host. Deborah was very knowledgeable about the local area and happy to answer questions and suggest local sights to visit. I cannot recommend this property enough and would happily stay there again.

We were made to feel very welcome from the moment of our arrival and throughout our stay. Deborah was very friendly and always happy to chat with us and give recommendations of places to visit in the area. The property stands in a lovely peaceful location away from town, but easily accessible by car and close enough to neighboring village for evening meal. Plenty of off-road parking available for guests. Excellent breakfast choice include, pre-ordered to personal preferences on preceding evening.
We liked everything about our stay here.

We had a fantastic overnight stay at this lovely guest house in Wales. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and very peaceful. The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and friendly, and the whole place was exceptionally clean. The beautiful surroundings made the stay even more special. Highly recommended!
No issues at all – I was very satisfied with my stay.

Beautiful setting and house, lovely rooms and decorating, and best of all-the most wonderful hostess you could ask for—Deborah is such a sweet woman and took the best care of us in all that she did. We really appreciated everything she did to make us comfortable, even giving us an earlier than usual breakfast so we could leave early, and doing our dirty clothes was an added, unexpected help we were very grateful for-would recommend to anyone, anytime.

This is really a hidden gem... excellent guest house in a peaceful location. Deborah is amazing. My daughter loved playing with her dog. I stayed with my family for 2 nights. I will plan another stay that will be longer
Hard to think what Deborah can do better. She may consider adding one or two picnic tables in her lawn. She serves excellent breakfast. There is no food option within 2 miles for lunch and dinner. Deborah requests not to have food in rooms.

Thank you Deborah for the lovely stay. The vibes and the style of the room were very nice . The host was very friendly and helpful. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
It would be most convenient if the checkout time could be extended a bit. I believe that if we were to inquire with the host, she would be amenable to allowing us to stay a little later.

The setting is stunning! This guest house is close to Harlech Castle, and a short drive from the beach. Its location enabled us to easily visit several local attractions and places of interest. Deborah, our host, was gracious and helpful. We were made to feel welcome and it felt like home. The rooms were clean and well-presented.
