We had a great stay at this hotel. We arrived around 1 a.m. and were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were polite, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We were given a ground floor room, which was especially convenient as we were traveling with our 3-year-old daughter and needed to go in and out several times a day. The location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk to the beach. There’s a laundromat nearby, along with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. A 24-hour Walgreens is just a minute away. The pool area was another highlight: clean and well-maintained, with lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, inflatable rings, and kickboards. Our daughter absolutely loved it! Overall, a wonderful hotel and great value for money.

The beds were so comfortable, never woke up with back pain, the staff was so very kind, the room was like a furnished studio apartment; had dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware. There were 4 of us and our boys are very big, we had plenty of room to move around. Had table and chairs. We would recommend this place to anyone. Oh, and you get a free cocktail of the day during happy hour, right on Miami Beach. We were worried about parking but there was never an issue parking on Harding Street in front. My husband doesn't get around very well and it was a few steps to our room. I always look at the reviews to get an idea before my purchases but this place exceeded our expectations. I'm a germafobe and this place was very clean

Location is OK, it is near the beach. About 200m is a bus station. Depending on the occupancy, you can be assigned to another location, so it was in my case, we stayed at 7310 Harding Avenue, the same location with the initial reserved. A great plus of this location is that at no more than 200m is a supermarket where you can shop and find everything you need. Mini kitchen in the room equipped with electric hob, coffee maker, microwave, bread pool and mini fridge. Also nearby there are restaurants, pizza and burgherking.

Although booking I did Booking, (who makes compensation in the cause of small damage) A great minus is that I'm checking in, it was cutting me off Card 120$ for possible damage in the room! It remains to be seen if it is returned / did not cause any damage! It would be indicated that in the mini kitchen to put some sachets with sugar, salt and pepper, for those who are short-term!

We loved our stay and regretted that didn’t book more nights at this great place. The person at reception greeted us with smile. He was very welcoming and friendly. We got a very clean room with the small kitchen. All appliances were in good working condition, plates were ready for use, and cutlery was available. Huge tv was working waiting for us. In the bathroom, we got hand washing liquid, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body cream with very nice smells. Next time we go to Miami Beach we will definitely book this appointment hotel.

Everything except the $100/night room deposit that was in the fine print.

I have been using Booking.com for 15 years and I have never had a deposit that I didn't know about.

It’s small but perfectly sized. We loved the location - so close to the beach / shops / trolley stop and also Collins Avenue. Loved the pool. The room was perfect and clean. Beds very comfortable. And the kitchenette had everything we needed. No kettle but I got very good at making tea in the microwave! lol.

Everything. That it is small and quiet probably. And that you can just get on with your holiday uninterrupted but have staff onsite to help if you need it.

It’s a pity that we couldn’t leave our suitcases, we wanted to come see you again, but there was a late flight and we had to rush to the hotel where we could leave our suitcases

very clean, it smelled amazing every time we walked in the room. pool & location were very convenient. staff was very friendly & helpful. decor was cute & inviting.

the bathroom. there was no separation from the shower & sink and toilet. kinda like one big shower room.

Comfortable chairs on the outdoor passageway. Fairly quiet setting on a busy street. Walking distance to supermarket and drugstore.

There are 2 locations, and guests don't know which one they'll be staying at until they check in at the main site. if coming by taxi, guests have to walk to the other location, about 15 minutes away. Inventory of items in the kitchen needs to be done. Very sparse cutlery etc. Other guests were unable to make coffee as the coffee maker filter was missing. Stove needed repair. Floor was very dirty with dustballs in abundance. Bring your own toilet paper as supply was limited!

The room was nice. It was an apartment with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The bedroom was far from the road and very quiet.

We expected to stay at the main location right by the bandshell. It was the only reason we were in Miami and the only reason we booked the hotel. We found out through an email 48 hours before that the hotel could put us in an alternative location blocks away. When we arrived we were told that the hotel bumped us. We were beyond disappointed and tried our best to make the most of the vacation (which was a combined birthday and Christmas gift).
