The location of the property was the best! Loved the stay generally, and the room was clean, bathroom was clean, the breakfast had everything we needed, didn't use TV, but there was hairdryer, shampoos and nice clean towels as expected and a really good shower. We were given a sea view and all the receptionists were so lovely. They allowed us to stay till midday although it was noted the checkout is 11 and we also left our bags since our train was in the evening and went out to go around the city and came back to pick it up. Most of the attractions except the castle which is on the other side are exactly near this property, including the tram and cable car.

Nothing much just the fact that when we wanted to choose to sit next to the window during breakfast, the waiter didn't allow us saying that it's booked for others even though it wasn't and no one sat there! He wasn't rude but the policy was weird since this is not a restaurant but a hotel. He justified it saying the elderly people who stay longer like to sit exactly at the same place but no one did by the end and it took us an hour to finish! Overall, nothing serious.

Located in really nice and breathtaking place ,reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful same as breakfast waiters and chefs! Breakfast was delicious! Room itself really bright and cozy, it was really warm when we arrived in the evening. Bed was really comfortable, i fall asleep instantly

I had a lovey single room. The meals were fantastic and the staff first class . Great location .

As I’m over 6 ft the bed was a bit small and pillows hard . I like having a bath rather than a shower and the bath was a bit on the small size .

Could do with painting.

Rooms are always well equipt and comfortable, Breakfast is the best of anywhere we have stayed in Llandudno or other resorts, and evening menu a large choice of Starters & Mains and massive choice of desserts which makes it hard to choose, which is a great problem to have. Entertainment has improved this year with a Live Singer on each night where before although something was always on it wasn't necessarily a Singer.

If you can't park in hotel carpark it's difficult to park on street as busy.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. My suite had just been refurbished and it showed. Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed to a high standard. The attention to detail really elevated the experience. And the beds? Exceptionally comfortable—I slept like a dream. If you’re looking for a stay that combines comfort, style, and a prime location, this place ticks all the boxes. I’ll definitely be returning.

While my overall stay was lovely, I did feel the welcome at reception could’ve been a little warmer in terms of communication. The lady who checked me in was polite and pleasant, but I found myself having to ask about basics like parking and breakfast times—things that could’ve been explained upfront. It wasn’t a major issue, but a bit more proactive guidance would’ve made settling in smoother. First impressions matter, and a touch more attentiveness would’ve really rounded out the experience.
