Marbella Always best staycation place for me And it’s really make comfort like my own home , Bell boy Manoj so helpful 🙏 and my friend broken wine Glass house keeping boys Sandeep and Akthar came and cleaned broken glass and given xtra towels they offer us extra amenities as well , by 10 pm we called housekeeping for extra Teabags and milk Rama came very quickly and give us 😊 it was very quick and we had good interaction by Rama smiling face !! It was my second time staycation for one night but I’m very sure we will come back next month !! I’m very happy for arrange complementary birthday by Manoj and my final suggestion Reception need more welcome and smile , first impression is always best impression , But certainly I will come back soon Marbella always gate way place for best staycation

I don’t see anything that I don’t like in Marbella

-Amazing location in heart of Sharjah on Al-Majaz next to corniche -Different types of sport activity available on premises like tennis , swimming pool, ping pong -pictursque view of corniche from resort and access to Corniche from front door -ease of access to fast food restaurants and highways

-old furniture including door corners of bathroom, reading lights next to bed -limited water bottle availability taking in consideration climate of UAE -no back door immediate access to Corniche -pool could be a little bigger as it's smaller compared to capacity of resort if al khan beach is closed on some days

The bed was very comfortable. Decent breakfast. Staff at the restaurant very nice.

There is an adjacent door to the other room. And it was very loud. There were a family with little child who was yelling and screaming until 12 Am. I tried to ask them to stop. It was not possible. And the whole hotel was empty, so I don’t understand why administration put someone in the next room, so I am pretty sure they know about that problem. Also the girl at the reception had an attitude towards my questions. Unfortunately, don’t know her name. I think management has to train the staff how to behave. Maybe because I was not local, it looks like there were only local people staying at this place. Won’t come again

Staff eagerness to help to solve any issues we had. Mr Ahmed was so great in sorting out an issue we had with Internet connection by offering us an apology and breakfast and moving us to another room with beautiful view. Ms Nada was also helpful in making our stay feel like home. Will be back for sure.

Location, ambiance & Staff

Rooms are Not sound proof. So adjacent rooms noise will disturb you.

This property is clearly better than some review make it sound! The location a "stone throw" away from the lagune is very nice! The small apartments are well equipped and have a exceptional internet. I have teleworked there and I can recommend this place for "workcation". Every house on the property has one big apartment and one small one. The staff is exceptional fast in addressing any requests and they are very polite and express hospitality. The house keeping team of Ali, Sandeep and Anil let no wishes unanswered and made us feel at home. One can use the facilities of the neighbouring Holiday International Hotel, which has a very nice pool and a very good Sauna. The Pool at Marbella is nice as well. There are a number of shuttle busses going each morning to nearby Al-Khan Beach. The breakfast in Hotel Holiday International was good and the cooks very preparing a variety of egg-dishes with a smile on their face. There a a number of good deals on dining in the property. The management is aware of the condition of the property and renovation works of some parts are ongoing. This property is a good value for money! BUKHARI AL KHALEEJ REST L.L.C BR 3 (about 500m away) is a very cheap restaurant with nice options to dine.

The apartment has literally no walls. I suppose, the big & small apartment were originally one, cause now it's just a normal door separating the two. One can hear every word in every room of the neighbouring apartment. This is not ok! The property is rather aged / old and you can see the it. The place is frequented by 95 % Russians. If you don't like that, better don't go there.

Everything went well from the first moment thanks to the exceptional people you have on board. Mr. Preetham was so kind and friendly to us with cheerful smile and positive attitude he created an initial warm impression that was aggravated by Mr. Habib who combined the complimentary Arabic coffee and top quality date with an amazing smile from that heart that made us feel we belong to Marbella. Mr. Manooj added another touch of kindness touring the resort, helping us with the bags an amazing supportive person. Then came the wow factor ..... We were celebrating my wife birthday and wanted to have a romantic retreat. this was created by your outstanding housekeeping team: Furma + Tawfiqa + Shabaz. The three of them went the extra-mile decorating the bed room with balloons, flowers, a birthday note, and towels set up as a tower with red ribbons. All this was secondary to a delicious cake that we ate to the last piece. The location is so unique many dining options across za road. I enjoyed all za facilities, sitting on the grass in the green areas, jumping in the pool, exercising in the gym + one hour of good tennis shots with coach Vijay. As a result we decided to go back after Eid Al Adha for another romantic retreat.

Location is excellent. City center is near by. All shops also in walkable distance Very good park is near by Very peaceful resort in the mid of a huge city Relaxing atmosphere, rooms are exceptionally clean Swimming pool and children's pool was very nice The room I booked was on the first floor and there was no lift, my mom cannot climb the ladder but the staff was very kind and immediately they upgraded me freely to a big room equipped with kitchen and living room which was on the ground floor, sure I will recommend strongly to others

Toilet is small compared to other hotels and no bath tub

Perfect for us, hate high rise rooms with no fresh air. Our rooms were ground floor; junior and master suites easy to get in and out of after a long day. Birds tweeting all day, did not expect that in Sharjah. Resort was cosy, laid back no pressure to do anything (unlike other countries) Staff were great and attentive on call if needed and responded immediately to any requests. Reserved parking for each of the villas. Did not use any of the resort facilities as we were doing day trips send shopping trips. The on site Cafe is very good judging by how full it was most evenings. Overall we loved it. Beds were amazing, got to sleep very easily, furniture and decor tastefully done and all furniture in excellent condition. Air Con was quite strong for me but my wife loved it. There was no cutlery or pans etc as you would expect in many self catering resort's but we were supplied with what we needed, though we only cooked breakfast, ate out all the time. So many choices for eating out; across the street, down the corniche, at the Qasba to name a few. Overall i would say i was delighted with our selection of Marbella Resort and if we planned another trip it would be on our list again.

Nothing to dislike, lovely, laid back low level resort with Villas having only ground and first floor.. dont confuse the normal use of the word "Villa" with these Villas. They are basically two or more sets of rooms on two storeys.. No fancy Villas with pools and veranda as you see in Villa brochure. But for us perfect for a quiet hideaway place with no high rise issues. No waiting for the lifts, no parking issues, no A/C issues, no closed rooms... We really loved it...

The most incrideable thing we liked was the seprate kids pool and temperature control water and covered pool for kids. Secondly how the hotel is designed its awesome, you get everything garden, kids play area and the rooms are top notch.
