the location and the view is not what I expected but because of the area situated in I guess there’s nothing one can do. also key drop box is not visible and I was not informed about it, when I checked out there was no one at reception and had to leave with the keys until I was contacted to return them of which I tried to contact the numbers but could not get hold of anyone. I hope they improve on the drop box issue.

Neatness of the facility. Friendliness of the staff.

They had a bit of a water leak, but I am sure that they will have it seen to soon.

The staff were friendly and the food was good. The place was clean and presentable. There was safe parking and the area was quite and safe as well.

the check in process as there were confusions. Bathroom a little dark. Need carpet in the rooms.

The hotel inside is good and clean. The staff that took me to the room was very friendly.

The attitude/response of the owner in dealing with the payment was a turn-off for me. She could have handled it differently.

Staff were very flexible and willing to meet all requests. Rooms were well appointed. Beds were superb, which was important for the athletes.

Noise between rooms was high ( could hear the next rooms TVs).

Rooms are beautiful and clean. Easy to access from the N2. Staff very helpful.

A bar at the entrance on the ground floor. Bit noisy for light sleepers. Location far from the beach.

Location was adequate. Not much of a view.

The view was not that great, however it was adequate for the price.
