With the earplugs, I had a really good, long sleep in the capsule. In general, people are quite respectful and keep their voices down after midnight. Overall, it was a great experience. The place is clean, and the location is both amazing and convenient.
The cleaning service already started between 8 to 9am even though the checkout time is 10am. And there’s a major renovation going on outside the hotel at the moment, so the noise is easily heard in the morning.

The hotel was clean and well-equipped, offering a comfortable and convenient stay. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities provided, including pyjamas, slippers, earplugs, and a toothbrush with toothpaste. The capsule itself was spacious and even featured a dimmer switch for the light, allowing for a more customizable and relaxing atmosphere. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the locker was impressively large—easily accommodating a decent-sized suitcase and a big backpack. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be more convenient—it’s just across from the terminal. To get there, simply take the bridge toward the parking area and follow the clearly marked signs for 9hours. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and efficiency!
There is some noise throughout the night as some people are moving around or checking out, so not ideal if you're a light sleeper.

This of course is a capsule hotel and is in Terminal 2 of Narita Airport in Tokyo. We had an international flight that left at 9:00 in the morning so it was really great to be right at the airport when we woke up.
My only complaint would be noise. Being a capsule hotel, I think this would be hard to prevent, but people were arriving at all hours. If you are a light sleeper, you will hear people moving around. We could also hear hair dryers running even though the bathroom area is separate from the sleeping area. They do provide earplugs to help alleviate some of the noise, but I wanted to be sure I heard my alarm so I wasn't able to wear the earplugs.

1, If you have early morning flights at Narita Airport Terminal 2, that this is the best spot. Just less than 1 minute on foot, u are ready to manage your flight check in. 2. Very clean and well organised spot. 3. Many toilets and shower provided. 4. The bed was very comfy 5. Very convenient to stay for solo travels
1. The cleaning start will start around 7 or 8 am and there will be noise from the activity. I was hoping I could sleep until 9am at least before I exit the place at 10am but the noise distraction gave some hint for u to leave the premise early 2. You need to leave the room by 10am for cleaning service and you are not allowed to stay it until 2pm. Reluctantly needed to stay out although you wished to stay in the whole day. 3. Not recommended for expecting lady (pregnant) who wished to stay and rest longer during the day.

Location location location is excellent, literally in the basement of the Narita airport terminal 2 - that I could simply put on my jacket on top of the hotel gown to drop my friend for her flight - a unique privilege indeed. It's a nice clean hostel style facility with sleeping pods, showers and bathrooms. They give you everything like towels and even a nice gown. The shower head was extraordinary 👌👌
I wish we knew that we didn't need to calculate 9 hours of stay here. We could have checked in earlier like a regular hotel. It's only called 9h Narita.

Loved the location at the airport. Never having stayed at a capsule hotel, I was surprised at how roomy the capsule was. I was able to sit up with plenty of head room, and had lots of room to spread out in my capsule. The locker and shower facilities were clean and nice.
It was a bit difficult getting my luggage up the escalator. Having access to an elevator closer to the hotel would have been helpful, or signage that explained how to get to the nearest elevator. It may have been there, but I got in late, and was tired, so I didn't look around a lot once I found the sign with the arrow to the hotel.

I stayed here with my husband on a visit from Australia. This was our first time sleeping in a capsule hotel and it was such a unique experience! The capsule hotel is a short walk from Narita Airport terminal 2, where we arrived. Check-in was a very easy process. We were each given a mesh bag containing a yukata, toothbrush and toothpaste, and earplugs, plus a key with a numbered tag. The dormitories are gender segregated, so we said goodnight and went our separate ways. I entered the female side and found myself in a locker area. I easily found the locker with my key tag number and it was big enough for one suitcase and carry-on items. There were toilet and shower cubicles next to the locker area, and a long bench with sinks, hairdryers and tissues. Once I had changed, I walked through another door into the sleeping area. There were two levels of sleeping pods. My pod was on the lower level and there was a pillow and comforter folded up inside. There was a blind to pull down for privacy. The pod was cosy but comfortable. Although guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, it was still quite noisy with people coming and going all night. Checkout in the morning was also very quick and easy. Overall it was a great option when we only needed to stay one night in Tokyo before travelling onward via Shinkansen.

Modern, clean facility as a first experience of a capsule hotel, air conditioning in the capsule pleasant and roomier than expected
Better instructions needed to keep very quiet everywhere,NO CHITCHAT ANYWHERE EVEN WHISPERING as this is very disturbing, disruptive of sleep and unfortunately not observed by foreign visitors.NO HAIRDRYERS AFTER 11AM.A favour to ask:please explain how to pull down THE BLIND and WHERE to HOLD IT IN POSITION as you can hear the struggle in other capsules.Up and down, up and down until finally you get it, left and right a little hook hidden by the mattress........halleluja.

very well sign posted from Narita Terminal 2 train station. it was convenient, clean and fulfilled all needs for a night before an early flight from NRT. You can close your capsule with a pull down sheet, it has consents and you personal lights. Shower was great, having the little room before the shower area to get dressed in private.
The only thing that was not super comfortable was the mattress, but this is a remark on a high level. There are not many food choices around, after a certain time at night, there is a 7eleven konbini about 5 min walk from the capsule hotel.
